Maximum 6 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight. No unregistered visitors without approval.

Quiet hours: 10 PM until sunrise. Please respect the neighborhood and keep voices and music low during this time.

Pets: Allowed only with prior approval and a $50 non-refundable pet fee per pet. All pets must be disclosed at booking. Guests are responsible for any pet damage or extra cleaning. Unauthorized pets will result in termination of stay and a $150 additional cleaning fee.

No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside the home. Evidence of smoking or lingering odor will result in a $150 additional cleaning fee.

No parties, events, or large gatherings. Disturbing neighbors or exceeding the registered guest count may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Excessive cleaning: If the home is left with heavy stains, strong odors, excessive trash, or misuse of linens/furniture, a $150 excessive cleaning fee may apply.

Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or amenities. Repair or replacement costs will be charged directly to the guest.

Trash: Please dispose of all garbage in the designated outdoor dumpster on the property before checkout.

Maintenance: Report any issues promptly so repairs can be made quickly. Do not move or disassemble furniture or appliances.

Use of home: Residential use only. No business, product sales, or commercial activity allowed.

Subletting: Not permitted under any circumstances.

Illegal activity of any kind will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
