The stylish city apartment offers the most modern comfort in a house from 1828. It has been newly renovated and is located in the historic old town of Donauwörth.

A sunny walk along the Wörnitz, along the old city wall, shopping in the city center or a visit to a restaurant on the island of Ried, everything is less than 100 meters away on foot.

Enjoy your time in the newly renovated 2 room apartment with:

- a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, retro Bosch fridge including freezer compartment and a dining area

- a living room with smart TV incl. Amazon Prime Video, desk for home office work and a comfortable sofa bed

- a stylish bathroom with shower

- a separate master bedroom with a comfortable 160x200cm queen-size bed, wardrobe and additional smart TV

- a private terrace with plants and herbs on which you can end the day in a relaxed manner.

The apartment is perfect for couples and families or those looking for comfortable accommodation on business trips. It is fully equipped from fresh towels and bed linen to coffee & a Delonghi coffee machine you will find everything you need for a wonderful stay.

You have WIFI everywhere in the apartment. You will also find a free washing machine in the laundry area. Lovingly renovated and furnished for your beautiful experience, we hope this apartment will help you fall in love with Donauwörth as much as we do.


The apartment is centrally yet quietly located in a charming street in the center of Donauwörth. Almost everything can be reached on foot in less than 2 minutes.

Whether restaurants, a river, a green park, the doll museum, shopping, groceries, bakers, butchers, bars & clubs, Ried Island, the old city wall, the Holy Cross Church and much more. There are some free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. There is an inexpensive multi-storey car park approx. 250m away (free between 5pm and 8am).

Thomas was very good at responding quickly and gave good directions to the apartment. The bed was comfortable The kitchen had an oven and a stovetop with a bonus of a fancy coffee machine with lots of cream & sugar. The shower had great pressure and was very clean. The apartment was very close to all the amenities and beautiful parks. This is out of the owners control but the tenant upstairs was very heavy on his feet. We called him stomping Tom. Thankfully, it was only for a couple of hours.

Hard to find, no parking

Once you are inside the apartment everything is fine - it is just as the pictures show. It is small, there isn't much space to put your stuff, but it is clean and tidy and functional. [I agree with one review about the person who lives upstairs - you can hear them stomping around.] But that isn't the real problem. The real problem is FINDING the place. The GPS on our phone kept telling us to turn down streets that didn't exist. I got so frustrated that I got out of the car and had to find the place on foot, then I went back and got my wife. It is on a narrow street with no parking, unless you get really lucky. If you double-park temporarily to unpack your stuff, as the host suggests, you will be blocking the street, so you better hope no one else comes along. Down at the end of the street you are "supposed" to able to turn left to get out, but someone was blocking that street with their car, so we had to back up the hill in reverse to get out. The streets around here are more like "alleys" than streets. This place would be much better if you come without a car! It is walking distance to several restaurants and a grocery store [although it is a total exaggeration to say you can reach these places in less than one minute]. Anyway, if you take public transportation and arrive on foot, or if you don't mind tiny, crowded neighborhoods that are hard to drive in, this place will suit you just fine!

Die Ausstattung war toll. Man hatte zu zweit viel Platz. Manchmal hat man den Mieter im Obergeschoss laufen hören. Ansonsten war es ruhig. Be-und entladen ist etwas schwierig. Parken im Parkhaus am Münster günstig und zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir durften in Absprache mit den Vermietern unsere Haustiere mitbringen. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut.

Modern und sauber

Diese FEWO war gut.Kaffeemaschine nicht, eine einfache wäre besser Das Parken ist dort nicht möglich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter eigendlich gleich null, was fast ok ist. Jedoch selbst Mails waren Englisch. Auch alle Infos in der Fewo. Das hat mir gar nicht gefallen. Wenn der Mieter über uns nicht da war , war es alles super. Man hört jeden Schritt von oben extrem laut. Die Wo. liegt absolut Zentral das war gut. Umgebung zum Erleben top.

Zentraler Ausgangspunkt

Donauwörth ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um weiträumig die Gegend und seine vielen Ausflugsziele zu erreichen. Der Ort selber sollte aber auch nicht außer acht gelassen werden, hier gibt es viel zu sehen und zu entdecken. Wer zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad unterwegs ist, wird richlich belohnt.
