House on the Water-Private Dock! Huge swimming cove! Sleeps 7-9

Waterfront house in the heart of the Lake. Located in Osage Beach at the 19.5 MM. Nestled in a beautiful cove with plenty of area to swim, float, and fish! The private dock has 2 boat slips and one PWC slip. The ultimate vacation home for families or groups. This one level house sleeps 7 people comfortably in beds with 2 additional guests on our nice queen air mattress in the livingroom. This house sleeps 7-9 guests.

| INISIDE LIVING |
This house has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have a TV with Roku available for you to enjoy.
The master bedroom is lakeside. It offers a king-size bed with private ensuite bathroom that includes a double vanity sink and a shower/tub combo. There is large walk-in closet to keep your luggage out of your way and your space clutter free.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed that sleeps 2 guests.
Bedroom #3 includes a bunk bed. Queen on the bottom bunk and a twin XL on the top bunk. This room can sleep a total of 3 guests.

We also have a nice queen air mattress in the livingroom for 2 additional guests.

Second bathroom can be found between bedroom 2 & 3, just down the hall. It has a shower with handicap features to help get in and out.
The Livingroom area is very spacious and is lined with large windows that view the lake. Complete with a TV and Roku to make this a perfect entertaining space to relax and unwind.
The kitchen is also very spacious. It has ample seating and is equipped with everything you need to create a great meal.

| OUTDOOR SPACE |

This is the perfect spot for summertime with your favorite people! Bags and washers are provided in the large yard that is just steps from the lake! Grab your blanket and enjoy the weather with a nice picnic with a great view.
There is a patio right off dining room with a table to enjoy your morning coffee or your favorite night cap.
The private dock is just a few steps from the house. There are 2 boat slips, a 12’x30’ and a 10’x26’. There is also a PWC slip. The swim platform is perfect for soaking up the sun and has easy access into the lake.
Parking: enough room to park 5 vehicles one space is covered.

• If you are bringing a boat and trailer, we recommend State Park Public Beach for launching your boat and parking trailer.

This house is right over the Grand Glaize bridge and just minutes from grocery stores, golf courses, shopping and many restaurants. There are numerous waterfront restaurants within a 5 minute boat ride. There are several boat rental locations nearby.

If you are looking for a place to host a bachelor/bachelorette party or any other type of wild party, please book a different property. This is a family oriented home that is intended for responsible families.

To make your stay more enjoyable we give you the convenience of traveling light. We supply linens, bath towels, 2 paper towel rolls, 10 garbage bags, 6 rolls of toilet paper, and soaps (such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent). We also have a full-size washer and dryer for your extended stays.
