BRAND NEW bord du lac la maison construite par une famille pour votre famille. La maison est situĂ©e Ă  Osage Beach juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'autoroute 54, marqueur de mile 19. 5 prĂšs de la Grand Glaze Bridge. La maison a une vue incroyable et une grande terrasse couverte Ă  deux niveaux idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre, griller, ou tout simplement profiter de l'air frais sur les meubles de patio. Marcher sur le quai couvert Ă  profiter de la baignade, la pĂȘche ou de dĂ©tente par l'eau dans une crique tranquille hors de la voie principale. Bateau glissement vain. ainsi que d'une petite rampe.

Un emplacement idéal minutes de Outlets Osage Beach, terrains de golf, et de nombreuses autres activités. Restaurants et bars à moins d'un mile tels que City Grill, marinés Pete, Dog Days Bar & Grill, et On the Rise Bakery.

This place is absolutely beautiful and the views are absolutely amazing. Very clean property inside and out. There was even a very friendly neighborhood doggie called tater that came to visit. Made our trip. I would totally recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

The perfect place to stay at LOZ. Beautiful deck, dock space to swim and fish. Less than 8 minutes to multiple waterfront restaurants. Less than 8 minutes to Freedom Boat club. Great layout for a vacation home and very clean.

Great house on the water

Stayed here for my birthday weekend and our first time in the Ozarks. Great place to stay and get away, fish, and relax. House was right on the water with a dock out back to fish off of. Check in process was smooth and house was very clean. They showed us a little bit around the neighborhood and gave us recommendations to local spots. There are free roaming dogs in the neighborhood (all super sweet) but if your dogs don't like other dogs, just be cautious of that. Would stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Great location

The property was clean and well equipped with everything needed for a convenient stay. The location of the house was close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. The house also has a great view of the cove that is accessible for fishing and boating.Matt was an excellent host with punctual communication.

Weekend Family Get-Away

Booked for a quick weekend vacation with my parents & our family of 4 with 2 kids. This house was clean, well maintained, had everything we needed and was a fantastic location right on the water! The host was very responsive with any questions I had before booking & prior to our stay. We had to wait for a bit to check in, I think the access code was missed on my check in email but the host got back with me & Judy got us all squared away. We were told to park our boat in one slip, but another guest had parked in it. We moved to another slip but the duck poo was horrible (maybe why other guest moved into our origin slip). We got it swept away but ducks came back over night & made a mess on the boat. They came back during the day while we were out to made more messes on the dock. Not ideal & out of our control. Funny it really was only our slip they liked. Mother Nature at its finest! We had told our kids they would have a bunk bed & they were super excited, upon checking in realized there were no bunk beds. There were 2 fold out sofas in the home, so we had enough space. We showed our son how cool it was and luckily we didn’t have any arguments. Host probably just needs to update the listing. There were also 3 TVs in the home. We could only figure out 1. Normally not a big deal but with college football and baseball playoffs it would have been nice to have at least the outdoor TV working. Again these were all minor things, we enjoyed the home and had a great vacation!

We were very pleased with our accommodations. We did notice that the hot water was not able to keep up but we made it work. Also the boat slip needs a few repairs. Everyone was very helpful and we enjoyed visiting with all the neighbors.

Great location and accommodating owner

This house is in a great location and close to some of the best restaurants and bars. It has a boat ramp and boat slip. Matt was super accommodating to all of our requests. The house was clean and perfect for our group. We’ll definitely be back!

FANTABULOUS!!!

I cannot say enough about our stay! It was absolutely PERFECT! We were greeted by Judy, who was phenomenal, and she told us everything we needed to know about about the property. Everything was clean! So much more than expected! Soo beautiful! Our host Matt, was the most friendliest person EVER! The neighbors were great and friendly! I would recommend this AMAZING property to anyone! I do not have the words to describe how perfect our stay was for our wedding! We are so lucky/blessed to have had such great people and beautiful property for our wedding celebration! We would not change a thing about our stay!! Thank you for making it soo PERFECT!! Great stay!!!

Me, my wife and son and shih Tzu zoey stayed here for 3 days and loved it! We are not even people who do activities on the lake but the house was perfect. The space was great, it was super clean, loved being able to watch college football on TV, it was super quiet, and Judy the manager was awesome! This town as new to us and different from what we are used to so it was great the house was comfortable and Osage Beach was great as well! Matt and Judy both were great and I would definitely stay here again! Thank you both again for all you do!
