This extraordinary modern sanctuary boasts magnificent views of numerous vineyards, mountains and the Okanagan Lake, from Penticton all the way to Peachland. It is in an ideal location for a beautiful Naramata holiday. On the Naramata Bench, in a quiet peaceful neighborhood, and nestled just above the beautiful townsite of Naramata. The breathtaking panoramic views of the lake and vineyards are the best in Naramata, in a west facing location that gives you the gift of beautiful Okanagan sunsets most evenings.

The living/dining/kitchen area is an open space with floor to ceiling windows, 12 foot ceilings and wall to wall patio doors that open to an expansive outdoor lounging and dining area, all to enjoy the Penticton to Peachland panoramic views and countryside. Sit on the deck and sip a glass of wine from one of the local wineries. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range and an outdoor Weber bbq and everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. Complimentary coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar are provided.

There are three large bedrooms each with a luxurious king bed and high-end linens and duvet. The master has a luxury spa like bathroom with a free-standing soaker tub and a large, tiled shower. All three bedrooms offer full views and open onto the decks each of which are over 1000 sq ft.

There is also an outdoor dining area on the large private deck with patio furniture and Adirondack chairs for relaxing and taking in the views.

The house is just above the KVR trail, with a 3 minute walk to the trail head. Bike or hike up to little tunnel or down through the vineyards and fruit orchards to Penticton. Stunning views the entire way. The Naramata bench is home to 45 wineries along a 12 km stretch with spectacular lake and vineyard views. The village of Naramata is a 2 minute drive with its charming restaurants and shops, a farmers' market at Manitou Park with live music and up to 50 local vendors, a beautiful beach to enjoy all the activities that Lake Okanagan has to offer - swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating or just relaxing by the water with a good book. Paddleboards and kayaks are available to rent in the Naramata townsite within walking distance to the beach.

A little further, the town of Penticton awaits, with more dining options, shopping and Skaha Lake at the south end of town. Golf courses are also abundant in the south Okanagan, with many excellent courses within easy driving distance.

The entire house is yours to enjoy - no other renters or occupants are on site. It is an adults only house, not suitable for children.
