Plage semi-privée et quai sur la baie peu profonde, idéal pour la famille et les enfants.

Ceci est une belle maison de plage privĂ©e rĂ©novĂ©e sur le lac Skaha. Vous aurez 70 pieds de plage de sable avec un foyer pour ces merveilleuses soirĂ©es sous les Ă©toiles ou profiter d'une bouteille de vin d'Okanagan au bout du quai alors que les lumiĂšres s'allument et que le ciel immense se remplit d'Ă©toiles. Barbecue sur le grand patio. ou dĂ©tendez-vous sous un saule pleureur .. Nagez, pĂȘchez, bronzez, faites un tour du vin ou vous pouvez faire de la randonnĂ©e et de l'escalade sur Skaha Bluff juste au-dessus de la maison.
Le débrayage de niveau inférieur est un grand 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Chambre 1- King, Chambre 2 -Queen, Chambre 3 -Double lit avec futon dans la salle familiale.
Le niveau supérieur est réservé à l'usage exclusif des propriétaires et occupé par les propriétaires.
Nous louons à la semaine uniquement pendant l'été. Minimum 3 nuits pour la location hors saison. Pour une location hors saison à long terme, veuillez contacter le propriétaire.

Very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to make meals. The backyard was perfect for the dogs lots of seating and even an enclosed seating area on the outside patio with sun shades if you want to relax in the shade. BBQ area is perfect with a nice outdoor table. The dock on the lake is a nice place to enjoy the day with seating and an umbrella if you need shade. Great location and check in was easy. Great place for families.

SKAHA LAKE RETREAT

Property was clean and well equipped. Hosts were on the top floor and were out of sight most of the time and quiet. They were available if we needed anything and easy to talk too, it was a lovely quiet lakefront location drenched in sunshine sitting on a very warm child friendly lake with a dock perfect for coffee & cocktails! It was perfect!

Moms birthday!

This was our second time staying here , and we had a great time ! Nothing beats having the lake right in the backyard ! I love that I can bring my dog here , we would definitely love to come back for a 3rd time next summer! Suite is very spacious and has everything you need! Thanks again

Great stay by the lake!

We had a great stay at Joanne’s place. When we weren’t exploring Penticton and the Naramata Bench, we were enjoying dinner outdoors, games on the lawn, or taking the kayaks out at sunset. The place comfortably fit three generations of our family. We’d gladly return.

Fantastic lake front property

House has everything you need. Our hosts lived upstairs but you’d never know. Very quiet. The property is beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub, chilling on the dock and watching the sunset on the back patio. Our welcome gift of chocolates and a lovely bottle of red from a local winery was very thoughtful. The coffee station(including coffee sugar and creamer) was the perfect start to our day. Beds were very comfortable, the shower water pressure was excellent. We hope to return next year.

Disappointing beach

Very comfortable housing with all the necessary utilities. Comfortable beds. Great tv. Well located for access to Penticton and Skaha Beach. The 2 downsides are 1) that the house is on a very busy road, on a blind curve so entering and exiting is sketchy 2) the lakefront is soft gooey mud. We had a toddler with us and we had looked forward to her being able to paddle in the shallow water which was completely impossible. There is an excellent dock and we had to use the far end to put our paddleboards in - not very easy to do actually.

Nice spot on lake

Had a great stay. Nice location on lake. Water is shallow on the lake for awhile off property which is great for smaller kids. Comfortable well furnished place. Joanne was great at communicating making herself available if needed.

Great for small kids and grandparents!

We had a blast and Greg and Joanne were fantastic hosts. The weather turned out great and we were able to use the little beach, the propane firepit, and the kayaks a lot. The AC worked great and the place was very clean and well equipped, both inside and out. Outside is a nice Tiki bar and covered patio and lots of games. We plan to come back another year!

Beautiful Stay

We had an amazing stay in this property. We had 2 kids under 2 and they could play on the beach with no concerns as the water is very shallow. The property had everything we needed and Joanne and Greg were great with communication if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again!!

We will be back!

My husband and I came with our 3 young children (under 5) and had the best time. Fully fenced yard with lots of grass and sand to play, shallow water they could play in without constant hovering and all the amenities you could need. Our hosts didn't mind my brother visiting with his family for the day and we had the best time. Playgrounds and the town are a quick drive away but you are far enough removed that it's doesn't matter how busy it gets as you have your own private beach. All in all I cannot say enough wonderful things about the hosts or the property and we would happily visit again.

Fun Family week at the lake

Wonderful week spent relaxing at the lake. The yard was perfect for our family and pup. Kids loved the water, sand area and lawn .The rental was well appointed with everything we needed. The exceptional hospitality included gift basket , kitchen and bath supplies were newly supplied for covid protocol which we appreciated . Joanne and Greg were available and quick to respond to any questions. We loved spending time at the beach area, morning coffee on the dock and relaxing . We are looking g forward to going back again!

Booked on short notice. Owners were very accommodating, check in was seamless. Location on the lake is wonderful, enjoyed beautiful days and evenings outside and on the dock. Water is shallow in that area

Lake front getaway

Family week at the lake

We had a truly wonderful time on the lake. Travelling with elementary school aged kids, the grandparents and our dog this rental had everything we needed and plenty of space for all. Kitchen was completely equipped. All linens and towels were plentiful. Laundry and dishwasher were really convenient to have and all the detergents were supplied. It was cool inside and on the shaded patio in the afternoon sun but had such a beautiful setting to set and enjoy the heat if you wanted it. It was quiet and private even though the owners are upstairs, it never felt intrusive. Over all it was just a very relaxing and incredibly easy place to stay.

Hot, hot, hot

We stayed here during the 44 degree days of late June ‘21. It was a hot week, but there was no where better to beat the heat than here - AC and lakefront!We enjoyed the AC Greg and Joanne are great hosts and the property is as pictured. We’ll be back!

Late summer fun

Joanne and Greg were wonderful hosts! Very laid back, but also very helpful with recommendations. Their lake front set up is ideal for a cheeky getaway and it was very Covid-conscious! I would stay here again and again :)
