They're Back… Mustang Towers, with the most “Impressive Views” on the island, and unit 601 will not disappoint. This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath condo, that sleeps eight, located on the sixth floor, is exactly what you need to completely relax.
The open concept living, dining, and kitchen area is the heart of the space. The living area has plenty of seating, with two sofas, two matching side chairs, a recliner, and a TV with Wi-Fi. The dining area has a beautiful wood table that will seat six, with two additional barstools at the kitchen bar. The kitchen has all new appliances, and everything to prepare all your meals, for guests and family. It is equipped with a regular drip coffee maker.
There is a half bath centrally located in this area for convenience. The spacious laundry room has a full-size washer & dryer for your use during your stay.
BD1) The first guest room has two twin beds, a day bed with a pull-out trundle, a nightstand with a lamp, a chest for clothing, a closet, and a TV. BD2) The second guest room has a queen bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest, a closet, and a TV. BA1) There is a full bath with a tub/shower combo and a vanity with a sink.
Located back across from the living area is the master bedroom. BD3) The master has an accordion-style door to separate it from the living area for privacy. There is a queen bed, nightstands with lamps, and a chest. BA2) The ensuite full bath has a walk-in closet, another small chest, a tub/shower combo, and a vanity with a sink.
Of course, we saved the best for last… the window wall. These sliding glass doors give you a view all the way across from the living area to the master bedroom, of the Gulf Coast and the beach.
Step out of either side onto a covered deck area and breath in that sea air, listen to the sound of the waves crashing, and the laughter of children and families as they make their memories.
Sit in one of the tall chairs provided and greet the day as you enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening with a cocktail as you watch that moon rise up out of the ocean, it is truly something to see.
There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3 ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep. There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked to not throw trash in after 10 p.m. or before 8 a.m. To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day.
The parking lot has handicap and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boats, trailers, or Jet Ski's they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.
