The Space:

The panoramic ocean and mountain views are what you will remember the most. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the home frame the scenery: you'll wake up to it, cook with it in view, and enjoy natural light from the pool.

The open-concept design connects the chef's kitchen (island seating for 5) with the dining table (seats 8) and living area. All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, 1 king and queen beds, plenty of closet space, and those same floor-to-ceiling windows that fill each room with natural light. Clean linens, towels, soaps, and AC are included. The home comfortably fits 8 guests.



OUTDOOR LIVING

The saltwater pool is steps from the main living area. The BBQ deck has a sink and prep space for outdoor cooking. Poolside seating lets you spend the day outside without leaving the property.

Public buses and shuttles are available, with services to nearby towns like Santa Cruz taking about 2 hours.

This villa includes one designated parking space and one additional visitor parking spot.



As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
