The Space:

Welcome to your newly remodeled 3-bedroom sanctuary. The spacious main living area, illuminated by large windows, invites you to relax on comfortable seating and enjoy the 70” Smart TV. Prepare feasts in the stunning, fully stocked kitchen, which features quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and all the pots, pans, dishes, and accessories you'll need for your stay.



Step outside to your expansive private covered patio, complete with a gas grill and ample seating. Bordering a local ranch with no rear neighbors, the backyard is a tranquil retreat surrounded by trees. It’s common to see deer grazing in the afternoon, offering a peaceful connection to nature.

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our doorbell camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.



Extra Guests - This listing is for 6 guests. Two extra guests up to 8 people total are welcome for $25 per night per person for the extra guests. (Please note the bedding arrangements.) No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house, unless prior approval is given.



Pets - No pets allowed.



Please note some bookings including 1 night and bookings on behalf of other people require a deposit.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and the private backyard patio. For your convenience and security, entry is managed via a Smart Lock. Each reservation receives a unique, random door code for seamless self-check-in anytime after the designated check-in time.



The Neighborhood:

Our street is at the end of the subdivision.



Getting Around:

You can get to all the main attractions in Fayetteville with a 10 - 15 minute drive. Walk to many great local restaurants.

- Pets - No pets allowed.



- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.

- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



- Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.



- Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.



Interaction with Guests:

We believe in giving our guests space and privacy to enjoy their vacation. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. We will not be present during your stay, but we are readily available and responsive via the booking platform or phone if you have any questions or need assistance during your visit.
