This beautiful duplex has been freshly renovated and transformed into a cozy home away from home. Everything is brand new and chosen specifically just for you! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You will feel right at home with the warm tones and comfortable furnishings throughout the unit.

Pleased in Pittsburgh

The accommodations were excellent! Within walking distance of Target for any supplies needed. Ubering was easy from this location, too. Communications regarding VRBO was easy and met with kindness and understanding.

Pitt Visit

Great property close to Pitt where we were visiting our daughter. Great places to eat nearby and close to grocery shopping. Very convenient overnight parking. The property was very well maintained and cozy.

Was dropping my son to his first year at Pitt. Location is an easy drive to Pitt campus. Nice to park off street behind house. Overall good property.

The Best Pittsburgh Stay in 5 Years

My wife and I came to Pittsburgh to help my daughter move into her new apartment after graduating from Pitt. We have been coming to Pittsburgh over the past 5 years and had stayed closer to the university. Our daughter was moving to Shady Side so we looked for a location closer to her new apartment. We found Frank’s property and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From the selection, through booking and checking in to our entire stay, this was by far the best time we have had in Pittsburgh in over 5 years of visiting this great city. This property was perfect. Clean, well appointed and very comfortable and within walking distance to everything that Shady Side has to offer. Shops, restaurants, groceries and entertainment the location has it all. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Frank was a perfect host.

Great stay

Great, clean space that is well-outfitted. Short walk to stores and restaurants. Easy drive into downtown Pittsburgh. I will definitely return next year.

December Holiday

We had a excellent stay at Frank's place near Bakery Square. My family of 4 stayed here over the holiday's to be closer to friends and family. Everything is as shown in pictures, we would recommend this property, and would stay again.
