Great location, fantastic accommodations

Fantastic location made better by the off street parking available with this unit. Property had everything that I needed for a comfortable say and was exactly as described online. I look forward to using this property as a home base in the future when visiting family.

Family visit

Spacious and characterful two bedroom near cafes and restaurants on a beautiful tree-lined street. Easy off-street parking. Only minor quibble: I couldn't open the windows, but that could have been (a) user error; or (b) intentional for security reasons. Very responsive and easy communication with owner.

This is an excellent place to be if you're visiting the heart of the Shadyside Neighborhood, as well as East Liberty and Squirrel Hill. It's tucked away on a quiet street, with off-street parking ad is a five to ten minute walk from Walnut Street. East Liberty and Squirrel Hill are five to ten minutes drives. Location aside, the apartment is roomy, clean and comfortable. The kitchen looked well-equipped, although I didn't do any cooking. The host provded detailed checking-in instructions on the day of my visit, and they were accurate and easy to follow. All in all, I was lucky to find this place.

Great rental in Shadyside! The apartment was spotless, modern & new decor, and exactly as described in the listing.The location was perfect: quiet, safe, and close to everything we wanted to do. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in/check-out effortless.We would absolutely stay here again. A terrific VRBO experience!

Property was clean and smartly appointed. Appliances were very new. We were easily able to cook and eat in during our stay. There is an ample private parking lot. I had to work during some stretches of my stay and there wasn't a single hiccup with the Wi-Fi even handling large files. Shadyside is beautiful and the location is ideal with very short drives to Pitt and CMU and easy walks to either of the two main shopping/eating corridors. Everything you need is in the apartment and everything you need outside is within easy reach. Place is QUIET. Huge plus because my daughter and I had to be early to bed and early to rise. Even during the day when I was working from the unit, there was hardly any noise. Owner is super responsive, too. Would gladly stay here again.
