Casa Mai, largest house of the complex, lets vacationers enjoy views of the Aegean Sea from part of the outdoors and the balcony of the 1st floor level. Moreover, outdoor areas are spacious, including big parts of grass, dining and seating areas and a large swimming pool (50 sq.m.). 

Regarding the design, a wonderful juxtaposition of artisanal stone exterior and a elegant and stylish décor on the inside makes Casa Mai a vision. The carefully picked furnishing and decoration items create a modern space enhanced by the open floor planning that have a very calming effect.

Covering a surface of 245 sq.m., the indoors of the recently-built house feature 5 double bedrooms that can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. 
There are three levels to the house.
The ground floor features an open plan space including the living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On this level one can also find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The outdoors can be directly accessed through all areas of this level.  
The lower ground level includes a large playroom with a baby cot, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and the laundry room.
Finally on the 1st floor level of the house, there is one double and one twin bedroom, both with their own ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms open to a large balcony with wide sea-views to the Saronic Gulf and the nearby Moni islet.

The house’s facilities include complete air conditioning (all areas of the house), Wifi internet access, TVs, mini sound system, mosquito nets in all areas, pool sunbeds, two private parking spaces.
