Somptueuse villa d'architecte, unique sur Egine, construite en 2011, style contemporain, décoration épurée, matériaux nobles (marbre, pierre, baies vitrées coulissantes, douches en tadelakt, rideaux électriques, stores, ventilateurs).
AccĂšs par une petite route longeant la plage. Se situe au calme, au bout de la route.
Le Temple d'Aphaia classé, est à 5 min. en voiture, la ville d'Agia Marina ou de Souvala avec ses commerces, ses Tavernes, son port et ses bars de nuits à 6 minutes.

A beautiful spot in an amazing property. We loved relaxing around the pool in such a lovely setting.

A relaxing stay enjoyed by us all. A treat to be so close to the sea with the added bonus of a pool. We’d definitely love to go again.

Maison ideale!

Notre sejour etait exceptionnel!la villa est magnifique et tres bien organisee a tous les niveaux!il s agit d'une villa de luxe mais en meme temps on se sent chez-soi. Je la recommande vivement surtout pour les familles et les groupes d'amis pour de vacances inoubliables comme les notres! Merci pour tout!

Great place to stay!

We were very satisfied from the house, all is clean and in a very good condition. Very nice direct view to the seaside with Athen in the background. The beach and sea was clean and for our kids it was a safe place, they especially enjoyed the pool. Aegina itself is a very nice place, we discovered daily new locations and its taverns, food, especially the seafood was fresh and tasty everywhere. Fam. Renner

Un coin de paradis

Tout commence par un accueil chaleureux avec Yurgos le manager, puis arrivĂ©e sur devant la villa face Ă  la mer Ă  quelques mĂštres de la plage et enfin vous entrez dans cette magnifique villa moderne ou rien ne manque pour passer un sĂ©jour de rĂȘve ! La villa est lumineuse , parfaitement entretenue . Le coin piscine n est pas en reste ainsi que les terrasses amĂ©nagĂ©es pour savourer un verre d ouzo en regardant le coucher de soleil . Les tavernes voisines vous prĂ©parent de dĂ©licieux plats locaux en toute simplicitĂ© Ă  des prix trĂšs raisonnables. Leur accueil est aussi chaleureux . Les villes de l Ăźle permettent des sorties plus divertissantes pour les adolescents! Le temple d Egine est Ă  voir absoluement . La mer et toutes les activitĂ©s liĂ©es reste l attraction principale . Merci de nous avoir fait dĂ©couvrir ce petit coin de paradis

Une excellente semaine en famille

C'Ă©tait un formidable sĂ©jour. La villa est magnifique, confortable et trĂšs convivial. Elle est situĂ©e Ă  seulement quelques mĂštres de la mer. Se faire rĂ©veiller par le bruit des vagues et avec la vue sur la mer
 A ne pas rater. MĂȘme nos deux ados ont passĂ©s des bonnes vacances. Comme quoi, tout le monde peut retrouver son bonheur dans cette maison. Barbara est une propriĂ©taire attentionnĂ©e. Son accueil (mĂȘme si elle n’était pas sur place) Ă©tait chaleureux et avec bcp d’informations et bons plans utiles. A la villa, l’accueil par George Ă©tait top. Une personne intĂ©ressante et trĂšs serviable. Profitez d’une discussion pour une immersion dans la vie des Grecs. Si vous doutez encore sur cette location, soyez rassurĂ©s. Vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper.

Magnifique séjour

Villa magnifique dans un coin trÚs calme. Tout est mis en oeuvre pour que tout se passe au mieux. La plage comme la piscine est idéale pour les jeunes enfants car trÚs sécurisée. Tout était parfait.... Il est nécessaire de louer une voiture pour les courses et les visites. La villa est située à 20 minutes à pieds du temple d'Afai et d'Egine! Je ne peux que conseiller cette location, vous y passerez des vacances exceptionnelles comme nous !

Un bout du paradis se trouve Ă  Egine

en bordure de mer, Ă  cotĂ© d'une bonne taverne locale oĂč les petits poissons grillĂ©s et les salades de poulpes se dĂ©guste sans modĂ©ration, se trouve cette somptueuse villa Ă  l'architecture trĂšs contemporaine. GĂ©nĂ©reuse, elle est Ă©quipĂ©e de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour ĂȘtre au top de votre confort, le tout avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Une villa des anges pour des vacances de rĂȘve. Je conseille vivement !

Un séjour enchanteur

Une maison magnifique et trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre. Tout inspire Ă  se livrer aux douceurs du farniente mĂȘme si l'Ăźle cache bien des choses Ă  dĂ©couvrir. Excellent séjour...Maison magnifique!

Nous avons louĂ© la villa de Barbara dans un cadre professionnel et avons vraiment passĂ© un excellent moment. Les photos de la villa font rĂȘver, et sincĂšrement il n'y a aucune dĂ©ception Ă  l'arrivĂ©e. On aurait presque envie de regarder cette adresse jalousement...secrĂšte! Je remercie vivement Barbara et George qui ont rendu ce sĂ©jour trĂšs simple et agrĂ©able: L'accĂšs Ă  l'Ăźle est vraiment simple et rapide. A l'arrivĂ©e George nous a accueilli trĂšs chaleureusement, et Barbara avait organisĂ© pour nous la location des voitures. En arrivant Ă  la villa, nous n'avons pas Ă©tĂ© déçu, elle est sublime, spacieuse, moderne et surtout "les pieds dans l'eau" j'ai beaucoup aimĂ© le principe d'une maison principale avec 3 bungalows. Mention spĂ©ciale Ă  l'accueil et la gentillesse des grecs, mĂȘme en pleine crise, ils gardent le sourire! Allez faire un tour Ă  Perdika, charmant petit port de pĂȘche, diner Ă  Egine chez Alvi et finir par une glace faite maison tout au bout du port d'Egine. Fabuleux! Je recommande vivement cette maison...vous ne serez pas déçus!

Nix zu meckern!

Es war toll. Die Ausstattung, Zimmer und Lage haben top gepasst. Zwar war es Nebensaison, doch die beiden Tavernas, welche geöffnet hatte , waren super fdeundlixh und haben sich hervorragend um uns gekĂŒmmert. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Paradise.

Barbara's house is a perfect place for Greek holiday. All six of us (six ladies) had a great time there starting from having Gina meet us at the harbor with famous Giorgio's suzuki jeeps, then having her show us everything around, etc. Some of us were artists and designers, some were not, but we were all enchanted with the style of the villa, its location, convenience and climate. This place is a paradise, and if you get winds from the North, you can always hide yourself in the back right next to the nice pool. We trully enjoyed every second of our stay there.

A piece of heaven

We had the most amazing trip to Egina. Barbara was so helpful beforehand with all the questions we had and Gina who met us at the harbour was the nicest, most helpful lady I have ever met, nothing was too much trouble for her. The villa is beautiful, location is superb as long as you are after piece and quiet which we were. There are a few excellent Tavernas within walking distance and we were always made to feel unbelievably welcome. The villa lacks for nothing and we were lucky enough to be able to open all the bi-fold doors first thing in the morning and let the sea breeze blow through all day. You definitely need a car but the island is so quiet that driving is no issue and there are small supermarkets and a bakery within 10 mins drive. In summary, absolutely perfect and we look forward to going back. A few small gripes but didn't spoil the trip at all, outdoor shower was not working, water fountain in the pool also doesn't work and apparently hasn't for a while, hot water can run out quite quickly when a few of you need to shower around the same time, bbq was unusable which was a shame, it is an electric plug in type and so rusty that there is no way we could have used it. As I said these small issues did not spoil the trip at all which speaks volumes for how beautiful the villa and its location is. Can't wait to return.

Wonderful holiday May 28 2016

We booked this villa 18 months ago as we had to be sure to get the dates for a special 75th birthday celebration with the family, a total of 11 people including 3 young grandchildren and a 6 month old baby. It was worth the wait. After a long days travel from London it was wonderful to be met at Aegina port by Gina and George with 3 hire cars lined on the quayside. Within a few minutes Gina was escorting us all out to the villa. What to say? The villa is superb and absorbed us all easily. Sophia came in daily to do an hours light cleaning and Gina ensured that we wanted for nothing.The pool is regularly cleaned and spotlessly maintained.The folding glass wall panels meant the villa was delightfully cool inside whilst we enjoyed wall to wall sunshine and temperatures in the low thirties outside. Full use was made of the lovely swimming pool. The location on Vagia beach is superb with views over the Saronic Gulf to Athens from the front and the hilltop Temple of Aphaia from the rear. There are excellent tavernas to right and left of the villa and the fine breakfast served at the Vagia Hotel, a 10 min. walk away, is not to be missed. On a couple of evenings we bought some fish at Aegina market and cooked back at the villa in the excellent open plan kitchen. We ate on the terrace with the twinkling lights of Athens across the gulf and a bottle of Greek wine on the table - bliss. Lovely island, lovely villa, lovely people - we are already thinking how we may go again.

Geweldig!

We hebben met tien personen de villa voor een week betrokken. Geweldige week gehad! Het eiland is in september niet erg druk met toerisme, maar we hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt. Er zijn scootertjes, quads en auto's te huren om het eiland te verkennen, wat prachtig is. En alles wat we nodig hadden (scooters tot taxi's tot reisinformatie) werd ons verschaft door Gina en/of Barbara. Erg goede service dus! De villa zelf is echt geweldig. Mooie bouwstijl, lekker zwembad, erg ruim, luxe keuken, prettige slaapkamers en tegenover het strand. Ook wordt er iedere dag schoongemaakt, wat geen noodzaak is maar wel erg fijn. We raden nieuwe huurders wel aan sowieso een auto te huren, want de supermarkt is niet op loopafstand. En wat betreft avondeten, bij de beach tentjes kun je lekker eten, die zitten om de hoek. Het was precies de luxe en relaxte week die we voor ogen hadden, dus wij zijn enorm tevreden!

Great stay, beautiful villa and lovely island

We are a big family of 10 and had a lovely week in Aegina. The house is beautifully located with great views and close to beaches and really nice beach-restaurants. The villa itself is beautiful and very spacious with different areas to eat and hang out. Aegina as an island also has a lot to discover. Another thing that surprised us in a very positive way was that people everywhere are really friendly and helpful and that the food is amazing. Pretty much everywhere - even at the smallest restaurant you get really good food at affordable prices. Also, the advise and support from the owner Barbara and the people she advised (George who helped us getting settled in the house, Vasilis the taxi driver in Greece, rental cars etc etc) was extremely helpful and really helped us make the most of our stay. The place, the people and the island is simply a rare gem that you don't find often. Thanks for a really good vacation :) Anna

holiday june 2015

normally i dont write reports on sites, but it took me a long time to find this home, so i m willing to do an extra effort from the first contact i felt comfortable with Barbara, planning was quick & flexible. we all have that moment: "what if this is a fake profile? is this to good to be true?" but i can guarantee you it is as it is on the pictures! we had a fantastic week (4 couples (30-35y), no kids), the house could handle 2 extra kids (2 small bedrooms were used as dressings by the ladies now), although the wheather was not perfect it was an amazing week for all of us! very quit at night, so we all slept very well ! we needed the vitamin Sea! the open windows, the seaview, the pool, the open kitchen, everything just breathes 'chill holidays' and this was the aim of this week. mission accomplished! the island aegina is rather small, but all the restaurants we visited were very good (we are quite difficult when it comes to food, having also some people with food allergies), the atmosphere on the island (very low traffic, no traffic lights) , the people everything is just in relax modus ! Barbara arranged us 2 Suzuki Jeeps, they are not our usual Range Rover luxury, but they are so perfect to go offroad on the island & just drive around. you need at least one car, to go for food & such. Her local man in charge George comes by everyday, helps you with whatever you need.. the cleaing lady makes sure the kitchen & beds are done daily, so it s almost a hotel! all in perfect english! in fact most of the people on the island speak perfect english, compared to spain/italy/portugal it s a luxury! this house is build to be enjoyed!

Dream come true

We planned and saved for this holiday for four years - to celebrate our sixtieth birthdays with friends and family. We were at Villa Aggelos for six weeks and our friends and family came in small groups for a week or more. While we were only full house for a couple of nights during that period, the house never felt crowded with lovely different corners to curl up with a book, get a tan next to the pool, catch up on news with our guests or take a stroll across the dirt track in front of the villa to the beach to swim or snorkel (beware of sea-urchins). It proved to be a wonderful base to renew and deepen relationships with those we do not regularly get to see. Dinner around the table next to the lit pool at night will be remembered by all who came. Even when it was very hot in Aegina Town, at the villa the sea breezes regulated the temperature and we were always comfortable. Having George who manages the villa, to answer all our questions and organise a car rental for us took a lot of stress out keeping everyone happy. Sophia came in daily to clean, so it was easy to keep the house organised. At all times we felt well-cared for. There are several important sites to see and places to visit: Aphia Temple, Paliachora - the hill with over 30 tiny Byzantine churches, the fish market in Aegina town to buy fish or take it to the cafe next door and have them prepare it. Endless views for photographers to capture - we took over 7000 photos most of which are magic. Athens is just over the an hour and a half away for those driven to see the bright lights but most of our guests were so seduced by the loveliness of the villa and the beach and the walks around Vagia that they hardly managed to get to the sights on the island. We regularly went up to Hotel Vagia for breakfast where the owner Maria and her sons welcomed us as though we were family and went out of their way to accommodate our various culinary needs. The tavernas next door at the beach served cold beer and snacks right on the beach and guests could use their beach recliners. We are already trying to figure out when we can go back.

Wir haben im Mai/Juni 2014 mit 10 Personen unseren Urlaub in dieser tollen Villa verbracht. Die Villa sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bilder, sie ist sehr gepflegt, modern und super schön, ein echter Traum! Die Anreise hat super gut geklappt. George hat uns am Hafen von Ägina in Empfang genommen, fĂŒr uns die Mietwagen organisiert und uns zur Villa begleitet. Er war sehr nett und bei Fragen/Problemen konnte man sich jederzeit an ihn wenden. In der Villa ist alles vorhanden was man brauch, die Zimmer sind super schön eingerichtet und die KĂŒche ein echter Traum. Im Außenbereich direkt beim Pool ist ein großer Tisch, hier haben wir immer alle zusammen gefrĂŒhstĂŒckt und Abend gegessen....mit Blick auf den Pool, einfach toll. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man kann gut entspannen. Der Strand ist direkt vor dem Haus. LĂ€uft man ĂŒber eine kleine BrĂŒcke kann man von dort einen sehr schönen kleinen Spaziergang am Meer entlang machen und kommt auch zu einem tollen Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin hat super geklappt, sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen rund um unseren Urlaub. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, können die Villa nur empfehlen und wĂŒrden auch jederzeit wieder kommen!

Wonderful family holiday at Villa Aggelos

We were a family group of 8 who stayed at Villa Aggelos for a week in September and I could not recommend the villa more highly. From the get-go Barbara was very helpful and easy to deal with, which reassured us that we had made the right choice. The pictures can't even make the villa justice; it is so perfectly located next to the local beach, with the pool area facing the sun all day. There are no other houses in front of the pool area which was great for privacy. The dinner table outside is ideally located for breakfasts and sundowners, sheltered from the wind if it happens to be a windy day. All the descriptions regarding the main house and the three bungalows and their amenities was perfectly accurate and the house was clean and very well maintained. The friendly cleaning lady stopped by every day, the pool was maintained and the property manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The town of Vaia is small but lovely, exactly what we needed for a relaxing holiday. The sandy beach is excellent for swimming, and the shallow waters are good for families with children. There is an excellent taverna on the beach and a few other good ones in the close vicinity. The distances on the island are short so it worked very well for us to have two rental cars with which we could visit other towns, beaches or go for dinner to Aegina Town. I would highly recommend this luxurious property and Aegina to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday on a lovely Greek island.
