We spent my daughterâs 11th birthday here and had a wonderful time! The kids loved the game room and hot tub. The location is convenient, just a short drive to Pigeon Forge. The view was beautiful from both decks. We had everything we could possibly need and the host even checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Also, the cabin was very clean which we greatly appreciated!
The host is great about communicating and responds quickly. The cabin is nice and has a good view. The fireplaces didnât work for us and Joey offered to try and get Maintence there but being a weekend said it might be an issue. We did okay without them but were hoping to use them for the Christmas vibe we were looking for. Not the end of the world for us. The beds were okay and the tv in living room is small and no tvs in bedrooms. But you arenât there to watch much tv and stay on the go. The upstairs room would get hot at night even though the thermostat was on 67 downstairs. Didnât see the pet fee in the information before booking. Asked after I booked how much it was so I could tell my daughter who has to reimburse me for her dog. Joey said it was 250 and didnât see I was bringing one . I had it in my reservation that I was but he added the 250. That seemed quite high for us and just letting others know that is the amount for our one dog. All in all would recommend and would only say , perhaps a bigger television and temperature control improvement. The couch is wore out but we did fine with it. We really enjoyed the hot tub and it was a hit. Played games downstairs such as air hockey etc. My daughter when she and her husband first got there and were unloading left her white elephant gift on the porch for a few seconds. When she went to get them two bears locked eyes with her. They ran away with her white elephant gift which was Trader Joe cookies and she ran inside.
We had the best time and we loved the cabin!!!! It was perfect for our family and just what we needed!!! We would stay here again and would 10/10 recommend!!!!! We will miss that little valley view!!!!! We loved it!!!!!
We enjoyed our stay! We enjoyed the relaxing porches! The location was great. Although the place could use a few updates I would stay here again and would recommend to a friend.
The host Joey did a fantastic job and the communication was simply top notch. His response time was within 15 minuts even in the evening. The Good, Fully paved and level all the way to the door so it is biker friendly. It is at the end of a culdesac so no passing traffic so it is very quiet. It is roomy and well laid out and the decks are of course the real gem, roomy with a great viewThe not so good. It needs some attention on the inside. Mold around the top of the bathtubs, broken toilet paper holders, marred sheet rock walls. They have cages for the trash cans to keep the bears out and it appears someone decided not to use it as there was trash scatter on both sides of the cabin. It is only a 15 minute country drive into Pigeon Forge. All in all we enjoyed our stay and the cabin location. Resolving the above issues would have made it better. Thanks again Joey for your quick reaponse and answering all my inquiries.
This cabin was exactly what we needed. It is well-appointed: kitchen utensils, extra hot tub towels, super clean. The drive up the mountain is steep, so I agree with Joey that winter weather would need a 4x4. We canât wait to return. Still so much fun to be had in the area!
Our family loved our time at this cabin. The location, view and fully stocked kitchen has anything you could need to make breakfast for your family too. A bedroom on each floor gives everyone their own piece of privacy. Great time, great stay!!!!
This cabin is beautiful! It is clean, well kept, and in a great location. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with. If we are ever in the area, we will stay again!
The cabin was clean, well-stocked, and as advertised. Perfect for our family of 5. The owners were great and prompt with communication and the check-in process was a breeze. Would highly recommend
Decided to do something different for the kids spring break this year. We usually head down to Florida but this was the change we needed! The cabin has a game room that the kids loved. Its also 20-30mins from all the attractions. The owner communicated with us throughout the stay via the APP. Look no futher book here!
We loved our stay here. Very inviting cabin, clean and with everything needed. Loved having every room with its bathroom. The view is just beautiful! We did get to see a visitor the first day âbearâ :). Would definitely come stay here again!
We absolutely loved the views, the home, and the layout was perfect!
Our only recommendation is to have some window cover for the door and bedroom window upstairs.
We took our teen boys for a trip before senior year. They loved having all the space in the basement to themselves.
We would definitely come back again!
This was our second time staying in this cabin and weâre already discussing when weâll be back. The set up with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms is idea for a large family. The hosts are always Quick to respond. Iâm not marking off on scoring but the carpets do need deep cleaned. Cabin is very easy to get to. Weâll be back in the fall
Hello future cabiners, we chose this location party due to the last min booking and cost, it having a grill and hot tub and games. We had a diff cabin but the owner cancelled and removed his cabin off vrbo, we were down to work on wedding that is in 2025. Joey was responsive and told me how to keep the hot tub hot to keep up with the night cool air.
I did address the washer concern with him and the blindes so i do hope he acts on it. My girls enjoyed the bunk beds.
However in the master room the white curtains leave in to much sun and doesnt block out enough light. There is a cabin being built right next door and there is one to the left as well a little close but i get you can never know the location and the amount of cabins until you get there. The view of the mountain was great being in the valley however seeing the amount of cabins ruines the view. The trash around the cabin down the mountain could use picking up
What you need to being: more TP since there is 2 per bathroom and if your have a big fam and staying for the week it wont last
Bring your own or buy paper towel the one that is supplied you have to use a lot for example when making bacon, coffee filters, any other seasoning. I did see salt and pepper there in the glass and not aure if those get refilled. And charcoal for the grill, aluminum foil etc.
Beds and pillows were compfy, the showers had great preasure.
I would stay again of the washer was fixed or replaced, and the grill moved to a better location.
Hi! Iâm Jodi and along with my husband Joey began hosting a few years ago when we realized how special the Smoky Mountains were. We are both nurses living in Minneaota. We love to hike and be outside! We had no idea how much fun hosting was going to be and love getting to be a small part in helping people make memories with their family and friends! We are happy to answer any questions you might have!
