Rare 3 Bd 2 Ba Condo steps from coveted Napili Beach!
Large 3 bed, 2 bath condo, one of the only large family condos at Napili Beach. The unit is perfect for 6 people, but can easily accommodate 8 with the sofa sleeper. Balconies or patios allow plenty of space to spread out, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and covered patio. There is a community pool, hot tub, and 2 BBQs. If you are looking for a quiet, family-oriented condo to enjoy Maui you will love this property.
While others are driving around trying to find a place to park to enjoy the highly coveted Napili Bay you can walk from your house to the beach in 1 minute!
Rentals are typically from Sat to Sat since that's the day our housekeeping is onsite to service all the units.
We have 14 units total, both upstairs and downstairs. Most of the units have 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom and a few have a queen. If you have a specific preference we can usually accommodate those requests, just contact me. All units are nearly identical, with only minor differences to fit the property.

I began travelling to Maui as a kid almost 40 years ago with my parents and brother. Now, as an owner of property and a parent I love to spend time with my kids at Napili Beach frequently. I also like sharing this place with other families to make their own lifelong memories. I enjoy playing concierge for my guests too so they get the best and most out of their travels to Maui.

Napili Beach has always been an amazing spot, many publications have rated it the best beach on Maui over the years. There are no high-rise condos or hotels (buildings are limited to the height of a palm tree) and the street parking for non-guests is limited. It has a small-time feel, a beautiful bay, and not too far if you need to get some groceries, a restaurant, or a shave ice! Our property is family-oriented, quiet, and safe. You get to know other guests while you're there and it's really fun socializing with folks from all over the world. It is truly a home away from home.

Most of the properties at Napili Beach are either Studio or 1 Bedroom condos. The small number of other 3 bedroom properties are further from the beach. The combination of how close we are to the beach (see the video of the walk for yourself), the family-oriented feel, and the comfy amenities of our property make it unique to Napili Beach.
