Awesome stay! We saw 15-20 turtles in our cove every single morning and got to snorkel with them. The place is a bit older but it’s well maintained and super clean.

Staying at Napili Point exceeded our expectations in every way. The views are absolutely stunning. You are looking directly out over Honokeana Bay & regularly see sea turtles swimming, with whales visible in the distance, also surfers daily just outside the bay. The views of Molokai & Lanai truly make this location feel special.The unit was spotless, well stocked, & incredibly comfortable. We did not need to purchase anything beyond food during our stay. There were plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, & snorkel gear, along with extra bedding & sheets. The in unit laundry was extremely convenient, & they even provided enough detergent for multiple loads each day during our week long stay.The beds were comfortable & the patio was one of our favorite features. It felt private while offering a stunning view. The entire complex is very well maintained, with staff cleaning & caring for the property every morning.The location is ideal. There is direct access from the rocks into Honokeana Bay, where I was able to take my 3 daughters (5, 8, & 10) snorkeling. The water was calm & the bay felt very safe. Napili Bay is a short walk away & restaurants & snorkel shops are also an easy walk. Groceries & coffee are just a couple minutes by car.Parking was never an issue with a well lit lot. Check in was seamless, communication was proactive, & the nearby management office made everything feel easy & supported. We are already looking forward to coming back.

We are a family owned and operated management company with over 30 years of experience in Hawaii. We have a full service, dedicated, friendly staff, and attention to details are our primary concern.
Our services include Luxury Vacation Rentals and Concierge Service, Property Management, Association and Project Management, Long Term Rentals, and Real Estate Sales. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Hawaiian time.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 1. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in 2. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. 3. For a cancellation notice received more than 14 days before the check-in date, a refund will not be issued, other than the departure cleaning fee. 4. This loss can be avoided if Travel Protection Insurance was purchased, and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing. 5. Owner/Agent Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that the Property becomes unavailable for any part of the tenancy, Owner/Agent reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Such reasons may include, but will not be limited to, unforeseen repairs, service, maintenance, or any other reason the Owner/Agent deems necessary. Owner and/or Agent may cancel this Agreement and refund in full to the Guest all payments made. The agent will assist in procuring similar alternative accommodation should this situation arise. Guest agrees that any claims against Owner/Agent arising out of performance or non-performance under this agreement shall be limited to a full refund of all consideration previously tendered by Guest.
