Welcome to Napili Point C35, a stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo nestled in the heart of Napili. Spanning 1,059 square feet, this spacious oceanfront retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is designed to help you slow down, unwind, and connect with the rhythm of West Maui. The Napili Point does not have elevators, so there is 1 flight of stairs to access this unit.
Perched above the vibrant reef of Honokeana Bay, C35 offers some of the most mesmerizing views on the islandâwatch sea turtles glide through the crystal-clear water, take in sweeping views of Moloka'i and Lana'i, and enjoy nightly sunsets that paint the sky in unforgettable huesâall from your private lanai.
The living room is all about comfort and connectionâwith stylish seating, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, and a Queen sofa sleeper for additional guests. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more. Gather at the indoor dining table or take your meals out on the lanai to dine with a view. Just off the hallway, you will find the convenience of a washer and dryer.

Quam Properties Hawaii, Inc. is conveniently located in West Maui at Napili Plaza Shopping Center. We provide a variety of services to West Maui and the neighbor islands. We are a family owned and operated management company with over 30 years of experience in Hawaii. We have a full service, dedicated, friendly staff, and attention to details are our primary concern.
Our services include Luxury Vacation Rentals and Concierge Service, Property Management, Association and Project Management, Long Term Rentals, and Real Estate Sales. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Hawaiian time.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
2. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
3. For a cancellation notice received more than 14 days before the check-in date, a refund will not be issued, other than the departure cleaning fee.
4. This loss can be avoided if Travel Protection Insurance was purchased, and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing.
5. Owner/Agent Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that the Property becomes unavailable for any part of the tenancy, Owner/Agent reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Such reasons may include, but will not be limited to, unforeseen repairs, service, maintenance, or any other reason the Owner/Agent deems necessary. Owner and/or Agent may cancel this Agreement and refund in full to the Guest all payments made. The agent will assist in procuring similar alternative accommodation should this situation arise. Guest agrees that any claims against Owner/Agent arising out of performance or non-performance under this agreement shall be limited to a full refund of all consideration previously tendered by Guest.
