Nice, clean, well kept condo

Nice place. Wish it would have a washer and dryer (6 a load @ laundromat) and we had to buy some bedding to use the foldouts. Condo is really cute and conveniently located. Enjoyed the facilities golf course was a lot of fun (wedge and putter). All in all it was a great experience.

Relaxing Getaway

This was an excellent vrbo! It wasn't as close to the beach as we thought, but that didn't matter. The complex was beautiful and made it easy to get to the beach. Will stay again for sure!

Enjoyed the condo. Very spacious. Good location and liked the access to the beach. Seemed like a safe neighborhood. Close to eateries and shopping. Plenty of towels, nice bed & pillows. The shower was a little low pressure. I would change the golf cart parking. Make them park along the edge fencing. Not take up a parking lot space meant for vehicles. Overall a great stay.

Property was exactly as described besided the fact that our specific room was at the very back of the complex so you had to walk probably about 1/4 mile to the beach. However room was great. My only complaint was the sink didn't seem like it was cleaned very well. Very minor! Would sray here again

The place was nice & cozy and the right size for my family. The only issues was the human hair & dog hair in the bed & floors. And there may have been fleas. Every time I sat at the table i felt bugs jumping on my legs. Im a dog lover but I don't have them in my home & Im not against it but i prefer not to sweep up hair or sleep in it.

I enjoyed my stay

Location is nice. Short walk to the beach. Armed security at the front entrance. Sand bar att the beach served really good food. You’re in the mix. Hopefully the dryer will be fixed. It was a pain. Allow the thermostat to go under 70 degrees and it’ll be perfect.

Great stay and would stay again!

I was a little hesitant to book this unit as there were no reviews and we had previous bad experience but upon a quick google search I noticed this unit had just been purchased and he is a premier host. We had a great stay and were even able to take advantage of the free admission for 1 adult for the Seablaster tour that was offered. The only issue that we had was corrected immediately. Loved that both the couch and loveseat were pullout beds so our kids did not have to share a bed. Washer and Dryer in unit came in handy for cleaning towels. Only thing we found that the unit didn't have that would have came in handy is a pizza cutter (minor I know). We had a medical emergency while visiting Destin and the host was able to work with us and have a late checkout and good to know that had we needed to extend our stay I know they would have tried to work with us as the unit had a cuple days in between reservations. We can't wait to visit again with everyone staying healthy next time! We are a family of 4 and this unit was the perfect size for our family!

Nice Place, Needs Some Fixing

This was a nice place. It was very clean and pretty close to the beach. Near a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. and in a pleasant community. I liked the bedroom. It was very comfy and relaxing. Towels and linens were supplied. A couple of things bothered me. When I booked it, there was a review for this condo that said the washing machine wasn't working, so emailed asking if it would be fixed in time for my trip because it was important to me. The person that answered said it was already fixed. Part of the reason I book through VRBO is to have a washer and dryer so I can pack light. The washer was still broken. I contacted the property manager and he said maintenance would come out and look at it. Maintenance didn't come, so I followed up with him. He said he contacted the owner and they were planning on replacing and they would offer me a credit for the inconvenience and I could use the community washer I never got the credit. I wasted vacation time trying to find a place to wash my clothes so I could have clean underwear. Had to go to the bank for a roll of quarters. Water temp in shower is hot or really hot, no cold or warm option. This was also in the review from the previous guest, but I brushed it off and booked any way. My son has autism and didn't say anything until the next day, so I couldn't help him with the temp. He said the shower hurt.
