Nestled on 4 acres and located in the heart of Waterloo recreation area, this 280sq ft skoolie boasts comfort and eclectic energy!
Sure to please the outdoor enthusiast, the property is surrounded by public land with the Pinckney Waterloo Trail crossing at the end of our driveway, and several nearby lakes.
Located 30 minutes to Ann Arbor,
15 minutes to downtown Chelsea which offers plenty of great eats and drinks, 20 minutes to downtown Jackson, 10 minutes to Sandhill crane winery.
Guest access
The feral skoolie has its owned fenced in yard. Please make sure to keep all the gates locked, so animals don’t roam.


Main house, garage, and shed are for homeowner access only. If you need linens or clothing washed, just ask! We'll be happy to do it and bring it to you.
Other things to note
The skoolie does have a private bathroom that includes a flushing toilet and shower with on demand water heater.

Comfortable private full sized bed, that sleeps 2, at the front of the skoolie. The living area includes a twin mattress and sofa.

We are STRICTLY a cigarette free property.

Please respect our quite hours, 9pm to 7am.

Guests are welcome to visit while you stay with us, but no large groups or parties, please.
