Cette belle maison en bois rond de 4 000 pieds carrés peut accueillir 24 personnes. Les chambres sont trÚs grandes avec la plupart des grands placards sans rendez-vous. Il dispose de toutes les commodités d'une maison toute l'année, de la télévision par cùble à la vitesse de l'éclair à Internet Wi-Fi, d'un ordinateur de bureau dans la salle familiale, de Roku Premiere dans toutes les chambres à plus de 100 DVD, livres, jeux de société pour adultes et enfants, etc. Cette maison a tout. Chaque salle de bain est équipée de tout ce que vous avez oublié d'emporter.
C'est un endroit idéal pour un week-end, une semaine ou un mois de détente. Il a un terrain boisé trÚs privé, avec une lumiÚre naturelle attrayante à l'intérieur. Il y a beaucoup d'activités à pratiquer toute l'année. Il n'est qu'à quelques pas d'un domaine skiable. Au printemps, en été et en automne, une piste cyclable asphaltée borde la cour avec une abondance de terrains de golf trÚs respectables à proximité.

Assis sur le pont arriÚre et faire des grillades est l'une des nombreuses façons relaxantes de vous amuser pendant votre séjour.

Excellent home! We had 13 people stay comfortably and still had 2 extra rooms. House is spacious and equipped with all things needed, big and small. We never ran out of silverware, dishes, towels, etc, everything was stocked well. Every bathroom had a nice basket with things you may have forgotten, razor, lotion, shampoo. Will definitely book again. Hghly recommend!

The house is spacious and beautiful, comfortably hosting our large group of 20 people—well-stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, and blankets, especially during the chilly Thanksgiving weekend. There were a few issues with the cooking range and fireplace, but the owner was responsive and provided helpful guidance to resolve them quickly. We would love to return in the spring or fall.

From the time that I booked the property, the manager was excellent at communicating. The area is nice and feels safe. The house was very clean. The outdoor area needed some cleaning up in the back and there were some minor issues in the kitchen, which I let the owner know about and she quickly replied. I’m confident in working with her that she was truly unaware. Boyne area is a lot of fun. My siblings and our kids loved being in the big house all together. The kids had their own space downstairs to hang out. Everyone of all ages had a blast!

Location location location

Booked the stay with my two sons thier girls and 10 of thier best friends for a ski weekend. Access to Boyne was easy. Staying in the wooded snow covered back side of the mountian was perfection. The house had everything that this large group could ask for. enough and having the snow was great

Perfect for a family gather

We needed a large accommodation for an our extended family holiday. All meals but one were to be made by members of the family. The kitchen was well appointed and equipped. It does need a bit of organization, as things get mixed up during rentals. The bedrooms were comfortable and afforded privacy when one needed a break from socializing. The cabin does need a thorough cleaning. We would like to commend our hostess who did a terrific job of answering all our questions.

Family Xmas gift long weekend in Boyne, ski, waterpark etc.

Carol the host was kind and very quick responding to questions etc. The house is big and the beds were comfy but overall it needs to be cleaned out and upgraded! Not sure why there’s a need for three dining room tables and a church bench in the living gathering area? A big comfy sectional with a few end tables would have been cozier and more comfortable! Grill not really appealing so we cooked burgers brats etc inside! It was nice to be able to park a car in the garage but again it was in desperate need of being cleaned out as it could have resulted in a safety issue! Lastly I’m not sure you could really tag this home as a ski in/ ski out option, kind of a very hilly up and down steep road to walk on to the kitz cabin area where you could catch a trail to ski on that we didn’t use at all! We as a family created some great memories and had Fun being together this weekend, but for what it cost and what we got I would not rent again! Sorry just being honest as I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s!

Perfect space for our family of 17.

Great property. Spacious for our family of 10 adults and 7 children 7-13 yo. Kitchen was huge and well equiped. Living room was large enough for all the adults and kids could move in at out at the same time with ease. Lower rec room allowed separation if kids wanted that.We look forward to returning next year.

Ski weekend

Ski weekend planned but no snow so the Kitz Cabin benefit didn’t work out. Drive to and from the base of the mountain is a long one. House with seven bedrooms a nice benefit. House was clean with plenty of towels.

Garage Sale Special

Had a very bad experience! When we reached out to the owner with a list of significant concerns her associate treated us like scammers. He argued every point we made about lack of cleanliness, no ability to enjoy a fire inside or out, lack of matress pads, terribly uncomfortable beds and much more. It was like being in court. Then he let us know we were lucky to be allowed to stay there without filling out an application. Which we did do but we are unsure why that didn't get to her. She did have our contact email, phone and indeed all of our funds paid in full. The bottom line is all nine people that stayed tried to make the best of it but not one of us could recommend this rental to snyone!

Amazing stay for a golf trip to Boyne

We used the property for a golf outing with 20 people and it’s already been mentioned that we’d love to just do the outing there every year instead of looking into other locations. The house was better than expected with tons of room and amenities. I would absolutely recommend anyone look into this location if planning a similar vacation.

Winter Season:
The home is .2 miles (350 yards) from a ski-in, ski-out, (just down the street), behind a "common cabin" called Kitz Cabin. The Escape Trail is behind Kitz Cabin, which leads to the Superbowl Trail is the far left trail on the Boyne Mountain ski trail map. Most skiers walk to the trails, but there is a parking lot if you wish to drive.

Summer Season:
There is complimentary access to a private lake and beach at the base of The Reserve entrance, called Deer Lake Beach. It is a 2.7 mile drive to the rental home. There are chairs and tables provided at the beautiful, sandy beach.
