Winter Getaway! 4BR Steps to Beach & Boards!

Our unit is just a few steps from the beach and boardwalk and in the heart of all the fun Ocean City has to offer. There are 100s of shops and cafes all within walking distance!

The space:
This property is a 9 bedroom duplex and this listing is for the lower unit consisting of 4 bedrooms. Please message us if you'd like us to send you the VRBO listing for the upper 2-floor unit with 5 bedrooms.

In this unit, you'll find an open concept living/dining area with a big flat screen tv and a fully equipped modern kitchen with access to a large balcony. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils and equipment you would need to prepare a home cooked meal during your stay if you would like a break from eating out every meal.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms on this level. 2 of 4 bedrooms have access to the back balcony.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire unit. We will email you an access code for the smart lock on the door and you can come and go as you please.

Important note: Linens and toiletries are NOT provided. Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels, shampoos, etc.

Beach tags are needed to access the beach during in-season rentals (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

We had a blast and the property was a big part of our amazing weekend. The bedrooms are spacious, clean and have TVs. The set up is great for a large family to hang out and have fun.

This was a great place to stay. Close to the boardwalk, ocean and amenities. Very comfortable accommodations. Plenty of room for adults and kids to sleep. The only downside was that the amusement park right near the property was closed. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay.

Mom/kid trip

Wonderful stay for some moms/kids trip. Excellent location, very clean and well appointed. Property owner was very communicative and everything was as promised. Would highly recommend.

My family of 6 had a magnificent time at Jeff and Melissa's rental. The location was such a short walk to the beach (everyone appreciated that so much after a day in the waves). The home itself was perfect for us: plenty of bathrooms, comfortable leather sofa/loveseat, roku's in every room, all the necessary kitchen amenities and a great front patio with seating. It was very clean on arrival (my sister even noted that the pillows were pushed neatly into a V in the center -- which apparently is what they do on fancy yachts in "Below Deck", haha), and the place felt refreshingly cool right away, which you don't always get when you first come in. Jeff and Melissa were great hosts in terms of communicating the check-in/check-out process so everything went smoothly. It was a top notch vrbo experience, a big thank you to our hosts from our family!

Great location close to the beach

This place is located steps to the boardwalk and beach. Perfect if you are traveling with older adults. Living area and bedrooms are roomy. The two car garage is a plus. We had to contact the host who was quick to respond and resolve our issues. Overall, our experience with this property was good and I would stay there again.

Location and Clean

The house was very nice. Very clean and roomy. We had an issue with one of the bathrooms that the toilet didn't work. I reached out to the property's maintenance person. He got back to me right away and was there the following morning. He needed a part so couldn't fix it before we left but there were enough bathrooms to get us through the stay. If you are looking for close proximity to the beach and boardwalk, this is the place. Also, the garage holds 2 cars which is nice to have off-street parking. I would book this location again. We had a great time!

Not What We Expected

Pros: -Great location close to the boardwalk -Great for a group (up to 8 people), two bedrooms have a private bathroom -Garage fits two cars -Has a outdoor deck -check-in is at 2:00PM (on the flip side check-out is at 10:00AM) Cons: -The property manager probably didn't double check the apartment before we arrived: There was garbage in the garage (empty coffee cups laying around). One kitchen drawer had scattered spices in it, mixed with hair. Was it not cleaned ? One beach tag was missing (no big deal, but if professionally managed, they would have noticed and told us). -The beach toys and chairs in the garage are messy, thrown into one corner. I expect these things to be piled up in a orderly fashion. The kid's beach toys for instance could go into a bin. -There was one beach umbrella. Not sure how it makes sense to rent out an apartment for 8 people and provide one beach umbrella. -There were enough beach chairs, so that was good. -The carpet in the queen bedroom is stained. -The wifi is not very strong in some bedrooms. The TV in the king's bedroom worked on and off. -The outside garbage was a mess. I counted 8 bins, almost full. The yard bin had regular garbage in it, the recycling bin too. This was not sorted out before we came. Can't recommend this place.
