Le Mont de Michel

Come stay in our newly remodeled mountaintop retreat. It is a spacious 4 bedroom house with a spa like master bedroom and bathroom. You can enjoy views all the way to the ocean (on a clear day) throughout the house or on the relaxing back porch. The house backs up to City and State preserves, so it feels a world away from the City.
The space
The house includes 4 bedrooms. The remodeled portion of the house includes is a spacious master bedroom and bathroom and the 4th bedroom/office. The master bedroom and bathroom have views from every window, vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet, and large TV's. The master bedroom has a porch that looks out to the view. The bathroom includes a large soaking tub and shower with views of the valley and downtown Los Angeles's skylines. The 4th bedroom is large, with a sitting area (couch and 2 chairs), a TV, desk and enough open floor space for a blow-up air mattress. Both bedrooms have their own private entrance.

The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house. The first is designed for kids with a bunk beds and a mini crib in it (crib can be folded and put in the closet). Across the hall is the last bedroom with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have a closet system for easy storage of clothes. The bedrooms share the main bathroom, which has a shower.

The common areas include a large kitchen and living room. The kitchen is recently remodeled with a stainless steel appliances, a large sink, an island with seating for 4, and a small sitting area/desk. The appliance include a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, and full refrigerator. The kitchen is open to a spacious living room that includes a couch, chairs, a dining table, and false fire place staged with remote control candles. The kitchen/living area is a great gathering place with plenty of room for everyone in the house to spend time together.

The living room and kitchen open up to a covered back porch where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery as well as look out over the city. It is an excellent place to enjoy a meal or drink in the evening.
