Property Description:

Well-situated, newly remodeled home near Old Town Pasadena and Pasadena City College with a gel foam King-size bed, comfortable Queen bed, and full sized bed, well-stocked kitchen, Smart TV & free Netflix access, Full size pull-out couch. This cozy space is perfect for travelers and small groups looking for a comfortable spot just a short driving distance away from Old Town shops and easy access to the 210 freeway.

*This property is a private front house unit with tenants living in the back house*

Open concept 3-bedroom home with approximately 1100 square feet of space.

Clean, open, welcoming, comfortable. Just a quick two night stay to attend a game at the Rose Bowl. House had everything we needed and was close proximity to old town Pasadena and the stadium. Quiet neighborhood, very comfortable beds!

The host replied quickly and was accomodating and friendly. The house was comfortable and met our needs nicely. The neighborhood was nice and there was easy access to stores and restaurants. It was a nice, simple stay and we'd stay again.

Stayed with friends for the weekend to go to the UCLA game at the Rose Bowl. Very nice, simple place. 1 bathroom could make it a little tight, but it works. The proximity to old town is awesome, and the neighborhood was lovely.

Great location, cute neighborhood!

The property was great! Beds were comfortable. There was plenty of cookware, towels, etc.We ran into no issues that required on the spot support so we had minimal on site interaction. Check-in/out was quick and easy. There were three of us that stayed for eleven days. We hope to rent again om 2026!

Living out the Netflix: Barbarian

The house was nice, parking was as described, but there were a bunch of bugs everywhere, especially pitchers and spiders.AND the owner did double book the property, so strangers were banging on our door in the middle of the night.

Quiet Neighborhood - close to transit & services

Large table and a spacious main room would be a plus if you needed to entertain in this home. We used only main & secondary bedrooms; the third bedroom appeared to be a space converted from the back porch and quite small. Bathroom was a dual-entrance from master bedroom and kitchen. Walking distance to a Starbucks, pizza place, train/metro. Off-street parking helpful. Neighborhood was quiet at night.

Overall it was a good place for our needs to have a place to sleep. The kitchen could use some dish towels and a little bigger garbage can. The front porch was quite dirty, and the key to the house did not work. However we could still lock the screen door and the door had a chain lock so we still felt safe.

The house was cute, quaint, and really a great price. The host was helpful and responsive. It was missing a few items, kettle, dish towel, regular glasses for water, that kind of thing. It was in a great location and pretty clean. Overall a good stay.

King size bed and double bed had some stains on the sheets. Wash clothes and towels looked dingy. Maybe get some new towels and sheets? Other than that house was good.

Great little property

Overall, very clean. Slightly rundown, but to be expected for the price. We enjoyed our stay. Just be sure to bring some coffee with you if you’re a coffee drinker.

Good neighborhood location

Very comfortable stay, excellent location for enjoying Pasadena Old Town and neighborhoods and getting to L.A. and beyond (freeway and train access).

Short stay

Property was well maintained and access instructions were very clear. It was hard to find the correct house at first as we came late at night and house number was not prominently displayed. Front door needs some maintenance as there is a piece that is broken and needs to be readjusted sometimes if it flips over. Also the AC works really well in the main living space but not as well in the bedrooms and it can get quite hot at night. Overall the place was clean, the beds comfortable and we had an easy and pleasant stay.

An excellent location

I chose this property because of its proximity to my granddaughters schools and my son's home in Altadena. The neighborhood is charming and lined with amazing date palms and well kept yards. It had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The appliances, heating system, smart tv all worked very well. The host was very responsive and added a few details that made our stay very enjoyable. We especially loved the front porch area and spent quite a bit of time there enjoying the warm weather and passing neighbors. I would definitely consider renting this home for future visits.

Comfortable and convenient

The place was very comfortable and clean. Location is great, in a nice neighborhood (and terrific Indian restaurant close by). Property managers were very nice and responsive.
