I had a great stay here and would definitely come Back again. It was clean, staff were friendly and there is a free shuttle to the airport. I also really enjoyed having a kitchen in the room. It was very quiet and I slept well.

Incorrect Accommodation Identification

The property was quite satisfactory, but the VRBO listing had a name that did not exist when I arrived after dark on a very rainy night. The friend who had picked me up from the train and I wandered about fruitlessly trying to find a hotel with the name VRBO had sent. Only when we went into the hotel that was at the address VRBO gave did we find out that the hotel had not used the VRBO name for at least two years! If this had happened in a country where I didn't speak the language well, it would have been a disaster.

Terrible, a nightmare

I would never want for anyone what happened with me. It was a terrible mistake to book it through vrbo. First of all, they misrepresented the hotel location, rooms pictures and near by locations. I had only one night to stay in hotel for my short trip but they ruined it when I found out it is not the same hotel I booked. Even the hotel name war misrepresented. I could get hold of the customer service for hours when I finally had someone to talk to, they were like , we don’t give the hotel’s name on our website. I never came across this ever before, booked hotels before.i got hold of the supervisor she couldn’t do much for the refund I asked but kept asking me to send pictures of the room I actually saw personal. I didn’t liked the hotel at all, the address they sent me in the confirmation by another third party called “roomspick”. I already came out of the place, nearly 30 minutes drive and they asked me to go back to the hotel and send them pictures. That’s resiculous, I emailed them after my trip was over. They asked me to send the proof of payment . I sent them screenshots of my bank statements, email confirmations, everything to prove that I paid . They replied that the pictures are not clear, please send them again. I send it again , again I received the exact same email asking the proof of payment. It happened 4 times then I realized that the email I am receiving is automated reply. I am so fed up now going back and forth. I will never ever book from VRBO. .
