The Space

This two bedroom, two bath, apartment sleeps six and is perfect for a family stay. The fully equipped kitchen allows the chef to prepare everything from snacks to a gourmet meal. An easy walk to the historic downtown Bryan shopping district with shops, restaurants and the iconic Queens Theater. For those traveling with others check out The Hideaway and Aggie Dusting. The place was very cozy and very clean! I forgot my travel fan and can’t sleep without a fan, and there was even a little white noise machine in the closet, which was such a treat to find. I like to cook my own food, the kitchen was well stocked with all of the amenities I needed. Absolutely one of the best rentals I’ve stayed at.

Perfect location!

We were in town for a family wedding and the condo was very comfortable. The location was ideal for walking around historic Bryan and traveling to the 2 wineries.

Property is conveniently located close enough to walk to downtown Bryan, very clean, tastefully decorated, stocked with all you need, and all communication with owner/manager was excellent. We will gladly stay here again.

Had a great stay. Was a little confusing to find because I turned in the wrong entrance. However, it was convenient to the downtown area for dining and shopping for my wife. The place was very clean and had all the updated amenities. We really liked that it had a dedicated bathroom for the bedrooms. The bedrooms were spacious and had plenty of storage. Would definitely recommend staying here. Host communication was great!

Tommy and his family were great guests. We enjoyed hosting them. They followed all of the house rules and left the unit in great shape. We could only hope that all guests were like them. We hope to see them return in the future.

Great Apartment!

Nice apartment not far from Downtown Bryan. Very cute and clean, would stay here again! The stocked coffee bar and bottled water in the fridge was a nice touch!

Delightful Retreat

Quick stay, perfect place!

It was a perfect spot for us to land after a long drive. So nice and clean, wonderful towels!! Even toys for our little one. Enjoyed and plan to be back again!!
