Welcome to your ultimate mountain getaway in the upscale Snowcreek area of Mammoth Lakes. This upgraded upper-floor corner unit townhome brings in loads of natural light. Recently remodeled and upgraded, this townhome features vaulted ceilings, a cozy yet modern feel, and expansive mountain views. WEEKLY, BI-WEEKLY, and MONTHLY DISCOUNT AVAILABLE. Conveniently located with two dedicated bedrooms + a spacious loft, three full bathrooms, a complete kitchen, an in-unit washer/dryer, plenty of storage, and access to a community hot tub.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
Upon arrival at our property, "Mammoth Creekside," you will ascend a flight of steps to access the upper lever corner unit. Take a quick moment to turn around, take a deep breath and take in the views of Mammoth Mountain before you enter via the digital smart lock.

Entry Room- You are greeted by hard surface flooring and space to remove your boots and shoes after a long day exploring and enjoying the mountains/lakes. Please use the convenient boot and ski storage when you arrive.

Living Room- Turn on the fire from the remote and watch the colors of the sunset change over the mountains from the west-facing balcony. Relax on a comfy oversized seating area and enjoy the 70-inch smart TV to unwind. Connect to the Marshall Bluetooth speaker to enjoy your favorite music as you settle under the vaulted ceilings and upgraded furnishings.

Kitchen- Unpack your cocktails and wine in the fully equipped kitchen with updated and modern appliances. Use the kitchen essentials as you cook for your group and enjoy the dining area for six and bar seating for 2. Like coffee? Yea, so do we, and so we provide you with your choice of a French press, moka-pot, or standard coffee machine. Our digital guidebook also walks you through some local recommendations on where to source locally roasted beans and freshly brewed beer! Tea brewing options are also available for those looking to curl up by the fire with a good book and a cup of something warm.

Bedroom 1 (King Bed)- The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ample storage, a vaulted ceiling, a rocking chair overlooking the mountains, room-darkening curtains, a spacious ensuite, and a glass shower enclosure. In the summer, crack the window to hear the calming sounds of the creek running behind the property, and in the winter, enjoy the snowcapped mountain peaks which dominate the extensive window views.

Bedroom 2 (Queen Bed)- The second downstairs bedroom features a comfy queen-size bed, ample closet storage, room-darkening curtains, and another creekside mountain view picture window.

Oversized Sleeping Loft (Queen, Twin, and Optional Full Bed Floor Mattress)- Up the stairs, you will find a large loft area with a skylight to brighten the space further and provide a view of the stars from the bed. The loft features a loveseat, ample closet & storage space, options for sleeping 5, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and plenty of room for multiple people.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The home is perfect for six guests or less. That said, for slightly larger groups, it can be rented with up to 8 guests for an additional fee.

Bathroom 1 (located in Master Suite)- This bathroom is upgraded with hard surface countertops, a glass shower enclosure, premium towels, and high-end bath supplies to help you relax and unwind.

Bathroom 2 (located in the downstairs hallway)-The hallway bathroom is also upgraded with hard surface countertops, a glass shower enclosure, premium towels, and the same high-end bath supplies for your guests.

Bathroom 3 (located in the upstairs loft)- The largest of all the bathrooms featuring a walk-in shower and plenty of space for the family to get ready and utilize the comfy towels and the high-end bath supplies.

Additional Rooms- The townhome has a washer/dryer to help you feel at home and all the supplies you need for your stay.

Storage- No one likes to feel cramped or crowded, so use the large storage areas in the entryway, the bedrooms, and the additional loft storage room to keep your stay open and spacious.

You will have full access to the unit except for a few private storage and maintenance areas, so please feel free to make yourself at home and relax!

We are conveniently located within the coveted Snowcreek Development adjacent to the Snowcreek Athletic Club. We have access to the town walking/bike trail, shuttle stops, olf Course, and walking trails through the estuary.

Snowcreek is known for being a high-end development that is quiet and safe for families and groups looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Mammoth Lakes. Snowcreek is ideally situated for amazing views and easy access to all of the town's amenities by car, bike, or shuttle.

Outdoor Space & Community Access- Our neighborhood in Snowcreek has a large community Hot tub and sauna that you can access to relax and unwind after a long day hiking or on the slopes. If you want something more substantial, the Snowcreek Athletic Club is across the street and features a full gym, pools, sauna, spa...etc. Day passes are available at the club.

Parking- Upon arrival, you will find plenty of parking around the unit, and please note that a set of stairs are required to reach the entry door.

Ideally located just steps from the Snowcreek Athletic Club, Snowcreek Golf Course, the town walking/bike path, and a shuttle stop for the village, lakes, and the mountain!

Best Mammoth stay yet!
The perfect home, with great hosts, for our annual family ski trip! Spotless home with plenty of space for our group of five adults and one infant. Thoughtful touches throughout, and the home was equipped with everything we needed to ensure a comfortable stay for our infant! Will definitely look to stay here again whenever we return to Mammoth.

Perfect location in Mammoth
The location was awesome, right between food/amenities and the lakes/trails. The condo itself looked like it had recently been nicely remodeled with a modern aesthetic. Very clean, high quality details. I spent alot of time on dusty trails and the in condo laundry was really helpful as was the rain shower! Made multiple meals and had all the kitchen dishes/utensils I needed. Great place to relax and enjoy Mammoth in the summer! I will stay here again!

Skye River Properties is the name of our small family business.  The business is named after our daughters, whose middle names are Skye and River, so we made the natural connection and thought it had a nice ring to it :) We are not some huge property management company that churns through guests. Instead, our properties are our actual family homes, and we take great pride in providing upscale and thoughtfully curated properties for discerning families, couples, and individuals to relax and unwind. What To Expect- You can expect proactive communication, a clean, updated property, and a memorable experience.  We provide a physical and digital guidebook to help make your stay easy and seamless, and we are always available to answer questions to make your stay more enjoyable. We purchased this property (we call it Mammoth Creekside) because it has an amazing blend of just what you want in the mountains. Here is a quick overview: Mountain Views- There are mountain views all around this property. From the drive-in to walking around, from the front balcony, and even from both of the primary bedrooms. This is why you are here, soak it in :) The Creek- Behind the property is a picturesque year-round creek that provides the perfect background ambiance of movement and sound to help you relax and unwind. Snowcreek- As mentioned before we are in the high-end Snowcreek development which is known for being close to all the things you want (walking paths, bike paths, athletic club, golf, shuttle stops...etc) and also being far enough away from town to relax. The Unit Itself- Our unit is an upper-level corner unit. What this means is no one above you and lots of natural light. There is even a skylight in the loft to bring in even more light and let you stargaze from the loft beds. We have upgraded and curated many of the amenities inside the unit and believe you will find it thoughtful, comfortable, and relaxing. The community also has a hot tub and sauna to help you relax after a long day hiking or on the slopes.
