Great house with plenty of space and well equipped. Good experience, we would for sure return. On side note, be careful with the dryer because it destroyed some clothes to us.

We had a wonderful stay at Drew's Retreat! Our group of seven fit comfortably in the house, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location was absolutely perfect — just a short drive to the wedding we were attending and a great home base for exploring Yosemite. The house was clean, cozy, and well-stocked, making our stay easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Lovely home, close to Yosemite and Kings Canyon

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was so lovely and spacious with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable! We visited Yosemite, Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks during our stay. The location was very convenient. We highly recommend this property.

My family hosted our friend fro Hollywood to go to Yosemite and it was perfect! Cute, updated, cozy. We loved the deck outside! It was awesome!

Wonderful stay

We had plenty of room for a family of 6. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of extras and amenities. 30 minutes from Yosemite. We went in every day. Close to restaraunts and shopping. Mountain Oaks Cafe had great breakfast and dinner. Hosts responded immediately to any questions.

Nice home, had some local deer visit us. Comfy beds, AC was great. Had some ants in kitchen, don’t know if that’s avoidable given location. Responsive host.

Absolutely gorgeous! The moment I entered the house all I can say is wow! I feel like I was in a huge beautiful cabin! It has four bedrooms 2 baths and a huge living room with TV monitor ,For the most part, this house meets our expectations, quiet and very relaxing place, I love having my morning coffee in the backyard. Ihere’s a big gas grill where you can cook some burgers or ribs, the kitchen is really nice! Everything is there, pots and pans just like you’re in your own kitchen, 30 minutes drive to Yosemite entrance, 10 minutes drive to Bass lake and Angel falls. There is a Raleys nearby where you can get your groceries .I Would say that his place is perfect for big family getaway or retreat! I cat wait to book this house again. Cheers

What a sweet house!

We arrived at the house, it was clean, cute and just overall wonderful. Our kids love the foosball table. The open space in the kitchen living area was nice to be able to cook and be close to everyone. The overall appearance of the home was well decorated and just beautiful. The homeowner was above and beyond helpful. Would highly recommend staying at this house.

Great Stay With Close Access

Six of us stayed here for our annual girls’ trip/half marathon at Yosemite. We had a minor snafu with the check in, but Victoria was immediately able to assist and was super apologetic. The hosts are the best of this stay. They were very helpful and communicative on all the local attractions, and we were exceptionally grateful for their recommendations and knowledge. It is a great location, only about 10 minutes from the center of oakhurst. My favorite part was the family of deer who came to visit us every morning and evening!

Clean nice house - Hosts go above and beyond!

Drew’s retreat was a wonderful house, and Victoria and Ken were wonderful hosts! When I asked whether a few kitchen appliances were there, they ordered them to arrive before us so they would be there! They always responded quickly. This property is a great base camp for a trip to Yosemite except for the long line of cars at the park entrance every morning.

Best Christmas ever!

This house is way better than the pictures can show! Everything was meticulously organized and cleaned. Books, board games, every detail was thought for comfort and entertainment. And the whole house was decorated for Christmas! What a nice surprise! Definitely we will come back!

Oakhurst home

The home accommodated my family well. The four bedrooms were big. The two bathrooms were decent in size. The lights didn’t work fully in one bathroom making it dim. The claw foot tub isn’t ideal for showering but we knew that so wasn’t a big issue. It had extras that were great. Trash bags, seasonings, tissue, toilet paper. It’s nice not to have to buy those when you are only staying for a short period. A few more bath towels would have been nice so we didn’t have to wash as often. The stairs and upstairs are very squeaky, but we just made the late riser sleep there. The back deck was great. Saw deer and turkey often! We overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend to future guests.

Yosemite trip

The walkway to the trash and door are way overgrown and the deck needs to be power washed. There is a bird living in the house outside and has used the entire door leading onto the deck covered in feathers and poop. Windows were left open so there was mosquitos and flies inside and no swattet to kill them. The main air conditioner didn’t work in the living room either. Then we had to clean the bottoms of the dishwasher to make it work and the washer was clogged too. The bathtub and shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom are mildewed and makes the whole bathroom smell.
