This house is perfect for small group, 4 people maximum. 3 Bedroom/1 bathroom will make you rest and be ready for your day in Memphis.
You will be close to midtown Cooper Young Historic District, restaurants, shopping, museums, parks, Mississippi river landing, airport, and more.

Kitchen is equipped with all basic utensils and cookware.

There is a small desk and a chair with a lamp and wifi to use as workspace.

You can enjoy the den if you prefer to relax reading or having a cup of coffee.

If you like outdoors you can enjoy seeing the beautiful native trees in the backyard.

There is a washing and dryer machine located in the 2nd bedroom closet.

We offer private gated parking for 2 cars or can park in the driveway.
