Enjoy your stay at our one bedroom 2nd level walk-up condo located a short walk from Rathtrevor beach. The main bedroom contains a queen size bed & tv with streaming channels. The open concept living area features an electric fireplace, double size pullout couch with a memory foam mattress, full kitchen and dining area. Enjoy your morning coffee or a meal on the private balcony.

Resort amenities include outdoor pool (open seasonally), hot tub, children’s playground, tennis court and ramp access down to the beach.

In suite washer and dryer are provided. Free wifi and cable tv. Free parking available onsite in designated parking stall.

Great spot near the beach and town

Great spot! It was quiet and great for families. The beach is close and the pool and hot tub were great. We found everything we needed and it was just a quick drive into town.

The sweet was immaculate and well equiped with eberything and more for most every need. Our host Rachael was the best ever and when we wanted and did book another night at last minute and then there were a couple minor problems with the online booking so she gave us the third night free - what a great surprise! The resort is in a beautiful location with a very short walk to the amazing beach. Hot tub was awesome with tons of towels provided.

Great little place to stay in Parksville

The host was great at communicating with me prior to booking. Check in was a simple process and the unit was nice and clean. We were impressed with the amount of things provided (even coffee) as well as the comfort factor or the suite and location. Would highky recommend to friends and family.

Condo was clean and comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to cook except spices bring what you like to use . Access to beach was good and the beach fabulous to walk to rathtrevor park trails. Very quiet nice complex, would stay again.

Loved our stay

We had a great time in a really nice and comfortable condo. The place was exceptionally clean and everything needed was available. Beach right at your doorstep; nice pool and hot tub; mini-golf across the street. Thank you - will be back in the spring.

Excellent location and value

My husband and I very much enjoyed staying at Rachel’s condo. It was clean and well appointed, and we especially enjoyed the balcony as it was so private and surrounded by mature trees. Highly recommended.
