Newly renovated 1 Bedroom 1 Bath basement apartment located 1.6 miles from downtown Jasper GA. Less than 10 minutes from major highways, shopping and restaurants.

We are located within 30 minutes of many wedding venues, such as the Wheeler House, The Tate House, Ivey & Oak, The Barn at Tatum Acres and many others.

North Georgia has many activities for all around family fun, including vineyards, waterfalls, hiking, festivals and fall foliage.

* The inside of the home has no stairs, but there are steps leading to the door. Additionally, the driveway is sloped. Please use caution.

* Please be sure to review the check in details before arrival for the directions to the home, where to park and how to access the unit.

* Checking out - turn off lights and AC and load dishwasher with dirty dishes. No other actions are needed.

* Full Kitchen stocked with basic cooking utensils. Includes a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K cups and sugar. The unit has a stove, oven, toaster and microwave. There are a basic set of pots and pans, bottle openers, spatulas, cutting boards, etc.

* Full Kitchen stocked with basic cooking utensils. Includes a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K cups and sugar. We also provide a toaster and microwave. Dishwashing pods are provided along with dish soap and hand soap.

* Living room has an electric recliners and the TV have Netflix streaming service. We do not provide cable.

* You are welcome to sign into your own streaming services while staying with us. Please make sure you sign out before leaving.

* Guest Room 1 has a King bed and the bedside lamps are equipped with USB ports and power plug for charging your device. Wall mounted LCD TV with Hulu. Full length mirror, dresser and closet with hangers.

* There is also a queen inflatable mattress for additional sleeping options.

* The bathroom has a large LED mirror and walk in shower.

* Washer and Dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets. We also have a ironing board and iron available. (The laundry room is shared)

* The driveway is sloped as we live on a mountain ridge. Please use caution.

* There is no firepit on the property.

* No pets allowed
* No Smoking Indoors (outside is ok)
* No Parties

* There are security cameras on the property for the safety of our guests and property. It is located facing the driveway

* Home is not child proof and does not have equipment for infants and toddlers. Please ensure to bring any equipment you need, if coming with infants and toddlers. This is small space so be mindful of cooking. The smoke alarm is sensitive and can easily be set off when cooking anything that creates a lot of smoke. The alarm will set off in the entire house.
