This House was built in 2009, has 2,300 sq ft with hurricane impact windows and metal roof, located in a gated community. Has 3 Balconies, which 2 of them have view of the ocean. The house faces west so you will have beautiful sunsets every day. You will also see cruises coming and docking on the island. There is private beach access from the house, there is also a short 3-minute walk to 2 miles of public beach. We have at the house for our guest’s beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, cooler. Paddle board, 2 kayaks and fishing poles and tackle. 5-minute walk from the house to the beach front infinity pool where you find bathrooms, bar, and small restaurant.
Tennis courts are located close walking distance to the house that you can use.
We register every guest to use the Hilton amenities – 2 extra pools at the Hilton which can access the roof top pool with beautiful view of the island and water. There are also a few restaurants and a casino.
You can get to the island by ferry which comes 3 times a week from Fort Lauderdale, Sea Plane which arrives from Fort Lauderdale, can come by private boat which you can rent a dock slip at the Hilton which is a 5-minute walk to the house. You can get to the island on a commercial plane and use the island taxi service to get to the house. We can organize golf cart rental through our property manager on the island to get you to the house.

Our House has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, 1 of them has shower and 2 has combination shower tube. There is 65” smart tv in Livingroom, 55” smart tv in master bedroom, and 32” smart TVs in the other 2 bedrooms. We have Direct TV service. The master Bedroom has futon, and the Livingroom has sofa bed.

Our kitchen has stainless steel appliances. There is toaster, blender, and a combination Keurig and regular coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans and other cooking amenities.

Outdoors we have a dining table for 6 people and sitting arrangement for 8people, 2 hammocks and a fire pit.
