Nestled at the top of the city and at base of the Carmi Hills, this legal and licensed fully stocked, modern suite with a/c offers sweeping mountain and lake views from the balcony. Sleeps 4 comfortably. 100s of wineries, breweries, distilleries, artisans and restaurants within driving distance. Walking distance to miles of hiking/biking trails in this calm, clean and stylish space.
2 new MTN bikes available for guests. There are new tennis and basketball courts, as well as a large soccer field and playground a 2 min walk away. The hospital is 5 min down in the valley.
You will enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the beach, yet you are only a 5 minute drive away from both beaches at Okanagan Lake and Skaha Lake.
Discounts for weekly and monthly stays available. Sorry, minors under the age of 19 not permitted.

It was a fair bit out of the way but because we had a car it worked out okay.We liked the fact that he had an NFL package on his TV- that was a real plus for us

Very comfortable accommodations and wonderful host

My friend and I stayed 3 nights and found the accommodations perfectly suited to our needs. Cozy, comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Ralf is is super-friendly and easygoing with great communication all through our stay. Looking forward to booking with him again in the future!

Poor service

Do not book this property. We had the absolutely worst experience. The air conditioning was not working (we were not made aware of this by the host) and the place was at a steady temperature of 27 degrees. The host does not provide essentials. He left us 2 and a half rolls of toilet paper for 4 people over 7 days. When we ran out and expressed this to him, he told us he “provided a sufficient amount” and that we would just need to go pick some up. We had a very bad experience and would suggest booking elsewhere.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This is a quiet neighborhood, away from the party scene and bustle of the beach on Lake Okanagan. Within a 2 minute walk is a large soccer field, baseball diamond, playground and a network of hiking trails. The hospital is a 3 minute drive down the hill. As we are located in a higher elevation of the city, the views from our location are spectacular, with sunsets overlooking Lake Okanagan from afar. However, if beaches are your destination, we are only a 5 minute drive away from both beaches. In fact we are right in between Okanagan Lake and Skaha Lake. Skaha offers more green space for picnics, while Lake Okanagan offers more lakeside attractions, restaurants and watercraft rentals.
