Squires House - Vues de Naramata Ă  Okanagan Beach Ă  Penticton!

Notre maison est situĂ©e Ă  la fin d'une route sans issue et est trĂšs privĂ©e sur un terrain de 1. 3 acres. La suite disponible au niveau du sol est une spacieuse 1500 pieds carrĂ©s de la maison de style Adobe. Il offre une vue magnifique sur le lac Okanagan depuis le lac Shore Drive Ă  Penticton jusqu'Ă  Naramata. La zone principale Ă  aire ouverte comprend une cuisine avec rĂ©frigĂ©rateur en acier inoxydable, une cuisiniĂšre en acier inoxydable, un micro-ondes et un lave-vaisselle Bosch trĂšs silencieux. La salle Ă  manger a une table et des chaises en chĂȘne antiques rectangulaires. Salon comprend une tĂ©lĂ©vision de 50 pouces. avec systĂšme stĂ©rĂ©o 5 DVD, un canapĂ© en cuir et un canapĂ© en faux suĂšde avec des siĂšges inclinables. Planchers de liĂšge et de bois franc. La grande salle d'entrĂ©e a beaucoup d'espace pour les vĂ©los, les clubs de golf, etc. Air conditionnĂ©. Les portes coulissantes donnent sur la grande terrasse de 14 'x 23' face Ă  la ville. Vous pouvez regarder le triathlon annuel du Challenge Penticton (anciennement Ironman) dans son intĂ©gralitĂ© depuis le pont.

We had such a great stay at The Squire’s House in Penticton. The apartment was clean and cozy and we really enjoyed the character of the place. We’d recommend staying here to anyone!

Great Place for Two Couples!

Awesome location, great place, kitchen had everything we needed, owners were very friendly! We were two couples, the bath and a half was perfect and the was lots of space for us! Would definitely stay here again! One of the best places I have stayed using VRBO!

Great Location!

The owners live on site and welcomed us at our site! Gave us a great introduction to the location and things to do in the Penticton area. This place is as advertised....great views with everything we needed in our place to enjoy the stay. The owners are a great couple and were easy to talk with.

Wonderful location and great views!

Very large, clean suite with all the amenities and a spectacular outdoor living space. The proximity to Penticton and Naramata was perfect - just far enough away to be out of town but close enough to be where we needed to be in minutes. The Squires are wonderful hosts! Review

We enjoyed this spacious, cozy home away from home. It was well stocked with everything we needed from entertainment to a full kitchen (with dishes, not food). The view was spectacular and it was close to both great hiking trails and town. The owners were lovely and helpful. We hope to go back in the summer when we can enjoy the awesome deck.

Family Trip

This lovely property provided my family and I a wonderful home base during our stay. Pictures didn't do justice to the beautiful view off the gazebo, and the privacy of the suite was lovely during our evenings. A very short drive had us in Penticton every day for the activities the area provided, but being able to leave the busy beaches and reset back "home" was truly valuable for our group.

Home away from home!

Beautiful house with a fantastic view. Louise and Randy are lovely and very helpful hosts. Both us and our two dogs felt so at home and it was like having the place to ourselves the whole time. Very spacious and everything you could need. We will be back!

Beautiful View

There was traffic noise when on the deck, however the view was amazing and no noise inside. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The location is a quick drive into town. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Perfect spot!

The Squires house was perfect for all our whole family and friends. It had everything we needed plus it was so quiet with a beautiful view. We were there for the Ultra520 race and it was perfect. Easy to get to all race locations and events but far enough away to relax and not be disturbed. We had our dogs and kids and everyone was happy! We would return again for sure.

Fantastic Lake View with Privacy

Thanks Louise and Randy for a lovely, relaxing week. We felt like we were in our own lakeside home. The house was very well stocked in a beautiful private setting and yet close to all amenities. Great golf courses, bike trails and wineries all within easy access. Thanks for being such great hosts. We would love to come back.

Relaxing Home Base

We've stayed at this property twice now, and both times it has been the absolute best home base for our family vacation. The space is clean, cool, and has everything you need to feel at home. Add to that the lovely gazebo overlooking the lake and quiet nights away from the town, and it couldn't be better. The owners have been more than accommodating, including helping us out and going above and beyond when we had a booking mix-up on our end. If we travel back to Penticton, this is our 1st choice every time.

Nicely nestled vacation property

The Squires House provided our "home base" for a week in the Okanagan for golf, wine, and all things in between. From the extra storage for golf clubs, to the gorgeous views from the patio, everything that is represented in the Squires' listing is accurate. Nearly perfect location - no foot traffic whatsoever around the home, can walk to a couple golf courses, only a 3 minute drive into Penticton. Would recommend in a heartbeat for anyone who wants a reasonably priced accommodation with a view that is only rivaled by much more expensive properties.

Beautiful Okanagan

It is a wunderful place with an beautiful view to the lake! But because it was very hot at the beginning of our stay we could not use the terrasse very often. Louise and her husband are very friendly hosts and helpful in case you need any help. The only thing what would be fine with the heat would be another air conditioning in the second bedroom.we enjoyed out stay Veto mich !

Excellent location, hosts, and view!

We had a great time in Penticton at the Squires house. Our booking was very last minute, but the Squires were very responsive to our request. The guest suite is perfect, very warm and welcoming, and my two daughters and I really enjoyed the stay. The unit is outfitted perfectly with everything we needed for the kitchen, with plenty of linens and towels, seating indoors and out, and lots of space to spread out. We have come to Penticton to vacation nearly every summer for the past 23 years, but previously had stayed in hotels. Our stay at the Squires house, and the graciousness of these hosts was wonderful! Randy and Louise gave us a tour of the house, and some tips about the area, and we were sorry we didn't see more of them during our short stay. Thanks for everything...we will be back! We (Randy and Louise) have been together for over 30 years. We were married while floating down the Penticton River Channel in 1991. We have a daughter who lives with her husband and their daughter in Summerland (12 min. North). We also have a daughter who lives in Peachland (30 min. North). Her husband has his own Dental Practice in Summerland and they have 3 children.

We vacationed in Penticton every Summer for over 20 years and always knew that this is where we wanted to live.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The moment we saw this property for sale we knew we had to have it. The views are stunning. From the moment the Sun comes up over the mountains across the lake, until it finally slips over the hills behind you, your day can include it all. Look across the lake and pick out some of the Wineries you want to visit. There are 40 plus Wineries within a 20 min. drive! There are over 120 Wineries in the region! We are more than willing to give you a tour if needed. You have a lake on each end of the city with beautiful sandy beaches. There are 3 different picnic areas and boat launch just minutes away.
