Ski in - Ski Out Condo juste à côté du Lodge principal !!!

Magnifique condo ski in ski out situé à quelques pas du Main Lodge et du télésiège double Canyonside. Vue magnifique sur le pont arrière et à mon avis, le meilleur emplacement skis aux pieds sur la montagne. Cette unité a 2 salles de bain complètes, cuisine complète, foyer, laveuse / sécheuse et dort 8-10 (2ème chambre est un loft.) Chambre en bas a un lit queen. Loft à l'étage a 1 lit queen, un lit superposé avec 1 lit double / 1 simple et 2 lits simples supplémentaires. Il y a un lit bébé en option dans le placard en bas et le canapé dans le salon a un cacher un lit.

Venez skier dans la nouvelle station de ski incroyable d'Eagle Point, à quelques minutes de Beaver, UT.

Great location and comfortable cabin

This condo was perfect for our ski trip to Eagle Point. It was supplied with all we needed for a comfortable stay and the location was amazing!

Great place! Close to lift!

My husband and sons stayed here for their yearly get together! They loved being able to go right from the condo to the lift! So easy! They were also in walking distance to the lodge! It was the perfect location for them! They had tons of fun and John was wonderful to work with!

We will be back!

We loved our time at eagle point. The kids were in Heaven when they figured out they could ski right out the door and down the hill. The only thing that would have been better, which had nothing to do with the owner or condo was cell service. Our son dislocated his shoulder on the third day boarding and it would have been helpful to call and update family on his condition. Other than that the place was great! We will definitely be back.

Great Location, BUT Filthy and Outdated.

It was a great location, but needs some serious cleaning and updating. There was mice feces on the counter and in the cupboards when we arrived. Although no pets are allowed, there was dog hair everywhere. Everything was dirty and dingy with a layer of grime on the lights on the floor, and around the bathtub etc. The upstairs bathtub was full of hair. There was snot smeared on the wall by one of the beds in the loft. The dishwasher leaked. It does have WiFi so that was a surprise bonus.

This is a complete and total lie for a review, plain and simple. I will attempt to get it removed. My wife and I were the last ones that stayed in the condo and we were the ones that cleaned it. We finished and left just an hour or so before Whitney and her group arrived. Mice feces? Really? I worry about Whitney's mental state. And all she needs to do is make sure the door to the dishwasher is closed all the way. We get a guest like Whitney once out of every 20 stays, but this one was easy because we were the last ones there. Again, I'll try to get it removed.

It was filthy dirty when we got there. So not goid.

Dirty fridge i had to wipe it out before i put my food in it. None of the sheets had been changed there was hair and pubic hair in all of them there was also dirty pairs of socks which were not ours. There was black hair all over in the showers and bathrooms. Grease all over the kitchen stove and dirty pans still in the oven. And For not allowing dogs there was dog hair everywhere. There was no shovel to remove the snow to get in the door. There was wet towels in the dryer. The fireplace was filthy there were ashes and woodchips everywhere. The thing that really really bothered us was no clean sheets it really was gross. But we left it clean.

Not true. Of course all sheets are changed out and bathtubs are cleaned. I will double check on the fridge cleaning as that could've slipped by the cleaners. I will get a new snow shovel as it was probably on the back deck and make sure the fireplace is cleaned out. Again, the sheets were cleaned so hopeful these guests don't attempt to rent at another time.

Last minute plumbing issues

Every year we rent a property at or near Eagle Point for a bike race that finishes there. We have stayed in the “snowflake” condos before and had a good idea what to expect. The only problem we had was no communication prior to arriving that one of the two bathrooms was completely out of commission. The downstairs bathroom/laundry had the washer pulled out partially blocking the door from fully opening and a sign on the door said “out of order: handyman will be here in the morning. This meant that not only were 5 adults sharing one shower and toilet, but that one shower and toilet were in the upstairs loft. We were out of the condo all day for the bike race and sure enough when we got back everything was put back together and we had two bathrooms again. Minor inconvenience that I wish would have been communicated via email/phone/text rather than a note on the bathroom door as everyone was pushing in after a 3 hour drive to get there. Positives: More beds in the loft than the description mentioned, the best WIFI we have ever had at Eagle Point and the rooms were cleaned/made up each day. Typically there is no cleaning service during a full weekend stay.

Close to the mountain

This place was walking distance to the lifts and lodge. Cozy and comfortable and made for an awesome trip to Eagle Point.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at snowflake #5. The location was great and the owner was very easy to work with. I read reviews about the property needing some improvements and that is true. We actually left a day early because no one wanted to sleep on the old, uncomfortable mattresses anymore (the loft mattresses were the most problematic). Aside from that, we had a great time.

Right outside are 2 slopes and on-site shuttle service to the other Eagle Point lifts.

Condo had most of the kitchen and bath needs. Centrally located.

Snowballs throw from Lodge and lifts.

Planned a last minute trip for closing weekend up to Eagle Point Resort. My son was turning 15 so we invited a friend of his and his dad to go snowboarding with us. The owner John was responsive and the unit was clean and exactly as described. There was only 4 of us but this 1 bedrom would easily sleep 10. Enjoyed sitting on patio watching the lifts and being so close to lifts and lower lodge. Will definitely be staying here a lot next year.

Don’t expect wifi or cell reception. This cabin was an AMAZING STAY!! Just steps from the lift.

Communication with owner was great. I felt the whole experience was very professional and easy to get through. Loved my stay and the amount of snow they get. Highly recommended if your looking to get out of the city life and enjoy nature without loosing sleeping luxuries.

Unit is still being upgraded so there may have been a couple areas of the condo not 100% updated at the time but it is clean and I explain to every guest where to buy firewood and that we don't supply it. Guest just wasn't listening. Thanks!

Right in the centre of Eagle Point, great view over some of the ski runs and right at the top of a chair. Apartment was well outfitted, although no provided wifi or cell signal makes it challenging to contact the owner if there's any difficulties

Snowflake #5 at Eagle Point Resort Beaver UT

The unit was quite old and run down, which was not totally unexpected. However the biggest issue was with the service and listing. First of all the unit is listed as having internet access which it didn't. You could connect to the wifi at the nearby lodge if you stood outside on the porch in the right spot, but nothing in the Unit. Second, the unit says it had Direct TV, and while it did have a receiver you could not get any channels just an error message that said it couldn't find the sattellite. Third, there was two bathrooms in the unit neither of which had any toilet paper, and no spare rolls anywhere in the house. I called the owner and informed him about the toilet paper and the Direct TV. He assured me he would bring some TP up, as it was a 30 minute drive to the nearest store as well as check the Direct TV. During our 2 day stay no one ever came by. So we had 2 days with no toilet paper, no TV, and no internet. All of which should have been provided. Worst stay I have ever had and worst property owner I've ever come across. Did nothing to keep his word and recitfy the situation. Avoid this property at all costs.

Little accommodations

At the stay there is little to no accommodations near the lodge, the lodge was not even open on Sunday for anything food drink. Utah has the law that you need to buy some type of food if you want a beer I know that but when the bill comes to $15.00 for one beer and chicken wings plus the tip thats a little high I would say that would be the norm but I have never ordered wings that did not come with carrots and celery with the dish NEVER and Ive eating my share of wings, plus the waitresses needs some basic training, I rate her a one star. We went there for hiking and the T.Hs where not marked and hard to find.The room had a TV but most channels where a PPV and how can you order that with little phone service up there.

I'm incredibly shocked and saddened that carrots and celery didn't come with your chicken wings....ahh the anguish. You gave the condo 2 stars because you couldn't find a hiking trail on your own and didn't like the waitress over at the lodge? Lol

Nice view!

My husband and I stayed three nights. This unit has a great location, close to the lodge, just a short drive to trails, and a fabulous view from the deck. It has a great use of the available space and was roomy and comfortable. On the down side, it was not very clean and there seemed to be quite a few Improvement projects that were started but never finished. This could be a real gem of a place with some TLC and some thorough cleaning. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Unsafe

This property does not have a railing on the staircase. We are a family with small children. When we arrived late at night we couldn’t stay there because it was unsafe. The property owner told us to “leave immediately” for a full refund. And to “get a hotel” which doesn’t work for our large family. Everything else was booked in the area and so we had to drive 2 hours to find new accommodations. We never stayed at the property, have contacted vrbo multiple times, and still have not received a refund.
