Step into a chic hideaway in Hideout with views that you’ll never forget! A perfect home base for your mountain adventures in Park City, this modern and stylish 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse is spacious enough to sleep up to 8 guests. Located just a 15-minute drive from Park City, this chic multi-story getaway is perfect for anyone who wants to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Park City proper but still soak in the sweetness of the cool mountain air.

The Space:
Relax and enjoy the mountain vacation of your dreams in this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath retreat that can comfortably fit up to 8 people.

Enter this charming space through the front door or the garage on the ground floor, where you’ll find an easily-accessible half bathroom. Then, head up the stairs to the second floor, where huge windows flood the room with sunlight and stunning views of the mountains and Jordanelle Reservoir. In this open floor plan kitchen/dining/living space, you’ll step right into the modern kitchen, which features an island with bar seating for up to 4, tons of countertop space for you to prepare your favorite foods, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. There’s also a toaster and a Keurig coffee maker to make your morning brew and toast a breeze.

From there, step into the centrally-located dining room, with seating for up to 8 guests. Or, just steps away is the open and social living room, where you can relax on the cozy sectional in front of the gas fireplace and throw on your favorite shows on the Samsung Smart TV. If you need to get some work done, set up your workspace at the desk positioned right next to the fire to stay warm while you take care of your tasks. Here you’ll also find a set of sliding glass doors with access to the large second-floor balcony.

For a great night’s sleep, enter the master bedroom, also located on the second floor. In this spacious and relaxing space, there is a king-sized bed and a Samsung Smart TV. Plus, you’ll only be a door away from the second-level balcony that offers incredible panoramic views of the reservoir and mountains. Just across the hall is the ensuite bathroom, which has a sizeable double vanity, a fully-tiled walk-in shower with a cozy bench for you to relax under the water, and a private toilet area with its own door.

Head up to the third floor, where you’ll be greeted with a wet bar that will bring all of your cocktail dreams to life. Nearby, you’ll find a café table that seats 4 for games and other activities, along with sliding glass doors out to the back patio. The third floor also features a second living room area, with a plush and cozy couch positioned in front of a Samsung Smart TV with a Sonos Soundbar. In addition, the third level offers access to a small balcony where you can relax and unwind after a long day of mountain adventures.

There are two more bedrooms on this floor, each of which is equipped with its own full-sized bathroom. In the first guest bedroom, you’ll find a queen-sized bed and a desk that can be used as a workspace. Store your things in the small, 4-door dresser or in the 2-door closet–there are plenty of options when it comes to storage space. This guest bedroom also gives guests access to an ensuite bathroom with soaring ceilings and another fully-tiled shower space.

In the second guest bedroom, there are two queen-sized beds and Southwestern art adorning the walls. Like the first guest bedroom, there’s also tons of storage space, including a closet with enough hangers and shelving for all of your clothing and shoes. Attached to this bedroom is the final bathroom, which features a shower/tub combo for you to take a bath and relax after your mountain adventures are done for the day. In the hall, there’s also a washer and dryer that’ll make cleaning your clothes a cinch.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, balconies, and patio area. There’s also a 2-car garage and 2 additional parking spaces in the driveway.

The Neighborhood:
This chic getaway is located in a quiet, newly-built neighborhood on the hillsides of Hideout, just across Jordanelle Reservoir from Park City proper. Nearby, you’ll find plenty of hiking trails to stretch your legs on, including the Ross Creek Trailhead, just over a mile away from the home, and the SkyBridge North Trailhead, about 3 miles away. For those who love to spend some time on the green, Outlaw Golf Club is less than a mile down the road.

Getting Around:
Park City is only a 15-minute drive from this hillside retreat, where you’ll have access to ski lifts in addition to a ton of quaint shops, restaurants, galleries, and bars that line Main Street. In addition, Deer Valley Resort is about a 20-minute drive from this home, where you’ll be able to ski or board on some of the best runs in the world.

Uber/Lyft are always available. For those who prefer to use public transportation, the home is about a mile away from the Deer Mountain bus stop, where you can take the 102 Inbound all the way to Park City.

Other Things to Note:
This home has central heating and cooling. Please note that there is only stair access to the living spaces and bedrooms in this home.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.

Gorgeous unit.
The unit and the views are beautiful-just like the pictures. It’s an easy 15 minute drive to Park City lifts. There’s a separate living area on the 3rd floor which was perfect for our adult kids. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We’ve never stayed in this area of Park City but we’ll definitely stay there again. You can’t beat the views. Highly recommend the place.

Fabulous Views
This modern condo is great for a family get away. It is convenient to Deer Valley skiing and Park City restaurants. The rental company was very responsive to my emails. One suggestion - it would have been great to have a garage clicker instead of having to always get out of the car to use the keypad.

I would give this a 4.5 stars. Beautiful new property Nice layout with plenty of room for a larger group. Nice linens, bathrooms are good. Pillows were way too soft my preference Lots of construction around so a little loud but not annoying. Only real complaint - when we arrive trash was still in kitchen w old shoes in one bin and full second bin. We emptied but had no trash bags so we bought some. Note - no iron on premises. Also- HVAC didn’t have zones so struggled a bit in the heat to keep things cool enough for us at night. Upstairs definitely didn’t get super cool. Overall would stay again as it was super convenient and well done overall.
