We were all very pleased with our experience. My first VRBO. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. Close to groceries, shopping, etc. It was perfect for us. We particularly liked the 2-car garage that was clean and uncluttered. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Perfect family-sized rental to attend Ft. Sill graduation

The rental was very clean. Plenty of space and comfortable bedrooms. The location was close to Ft. Sill, Medicine Park, and stores/ restaurants in Lawton. The Host was very responsive with the few questions we had. We would stay here again.

Great stay in Lawton

Very clean and comfortable. Beds were great, showers are awesome plenty of clean towels. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dishes. Host was very responsive, check in was effortless. I would highly recommended this listing. Only improvement I'd recommend is put tv in master bedroom.

Great place to stay!

Very clean, spacious rooms. The beds were super comfortable, which I really appreciated. Great patio and fenced yard! Quiet neighborhood. We had one issue with water shut off due to city water line break which was resolved quickly. When I called the property owner she was very quick to check to see what was going on and get back to us. Definitely 5 stars!!!

Basic Training Graduation

We had our whole family at the house when we stayed, 8 of us. We were able to bring our soldier back to the house and enjoy a whole day with him for the first time in 10 weeks. The house was excellent and worked perfectly for our family. If we area in the area again we would definitely stay in the house again.

Good for what we needed

We stayed for my son's BCT graduation. The house was clean and had enough space for our family to stay together and have adequate space to visit with our soldier. The communications were top notch. The one difficult thing is the air conditioner control, which they will link a video, is a little difficult to get used to.

Great location

Everything was very nice but I would warn the neighbors dogs are very aggressive. They broke the fence out and we’re trying to come through it snarling and barking. I was able to use a board to jab at their heads toget them back and propped a board back up to stop them. I put some temp braces and concrete on it to hold it but it needs repaired.

Fort Sill Graduation Stay

The host was very responsive and easy to contact. Provided us all the information we needed. Beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of clean towels. Advertised as a 4 bedroom but it’s actually 3 with the front living room having two beds in it and curtains put up to separate it. It was fine for us but not an accurate description. Dogs allowed which is great but the fence in the back is coming down so pets can’t be left out there alone. Front door needs to be replaced as it has cracks all the way through. Could use curtains over the doors in the living room. More decor could make it feel more inviting. It could also use a deep clean.

There is not 4 bedrooms there’s a second living room with curtains as doors and has two beds in it. Not ideal if you want privacy while you sleep as access to that room is through a curtain from the front door and access to that room from the kitchen through the curtain. Beds are super hard and uncomfortable. Knob to one of the burners on the stove was missing, no accessible plugs in at least one of the rooms. Very loud walking, can hear every single sound anyone makes. We forgot something and was told they couldn’t send it to us didn’t even try to work that out to get it back to us as we live 4 hours away. Was scared to unpack and put anything in master closet as the bottom of the walls had a huge gap was afraid bugs were going to get into our stuff. Other than that good quiet neighborhood, easy access to the home and was sent check in code and WiFi ahead of time. Would not recommend staying here if you have multiple people that need their privacy or need a quiet space, this one is not it.

I appreciate your feedback. I hope you read the description before you book the house. In my listing specifically mentioned about curtains and posts pictures about it. No surprise or hidden information. All the guests booked on the basis of listing descriptions. On the top of that you can ask any questions you are always welcome to ask about the house before booking. You booked on the basis of your needs and started complained. Kitchen stove one knob is missing. Does it hamper your cooking? Another 3 knobs are working perfectly. Last guests booked it and management ordered it. Did you find any bugs? No, management always took care of it. We do have professional pest control stuff who always took care so that no bug can be found. In your check out listing specifically mentioned that we will not take care if you left any stuff in the house. But you left small clothes and wanted to mail to you. My advice please communicate with host before you booked, not afterwards. Hosts don’t know your expectations. Looks like you are trying to blame me for your mistake. I never had complained about these issues before. Not recommended at all.

Terrible - Do Not Book This Place

Bad cigarette odor and uncleaniness caused us to checkout three nights early...two days before Christmas. We had booked it for five nights. My kids could not sleep due to the smell, and it gave them sinus congestion and headaches. We are a non-smoking family. There were nicotine stains on the blinds, food stains and a dead fly in the refrigerator/freezer, hair and blood stains on the bed sheets/comforters, and debris on the ground in every room. I have pics if anyone is interested. Trying to get some kind of refund since we had to find another place to stay on very short notice, but neither host nor vrbo is assisting...very disappointing!

If my house had that many issues how did you stay two nights? Why you didn't leave the house very first day or inform me? Do you think I rent the house with that many issues? Small issue might have but you mentioned so many, "that is a big fat lie" . The real thing is that your job/ work/ party or whatever was cancel earlier than you expected that is you wanted to check out early and making all the excuses. You kept my place dirty all over. Never ever I want you in my house. You booked for 4 adults and Pets. You mentioned on your review about your kids. Where the kids come from? Outside cameras showed all adults, no kids. Since I didn't refund money that's why you are telling big lies. Dont abuse host. No host should host you. You took my fan remote. You never mentioned about you need 'non-smoking' place. You should communicated host before booked the place. My listing never mention about 'non-smoking' place. I have a professional cleaning crews. Why you never show me the bed stains, floor dirty, etc. I have after cleaning pictures and if you need I can send my cleaner too. On your 2 days stay you never mentioned regarding cleanliness or cigarette odor. My advise before you book please communicate with host. You have lots of issues. My advise For the hosts please don't host her. Otherwise she will tell lie about your listing and give bad reviews.
