Have fun with the whole family at this house which is located in the country but only minutes from downtown Ithaca. Have the comfort of the country but the amenities of being close to a city. You can have everything from bb-q’s, campfires, and relax in the jetted bathtub.

Enjoy your stay at our newly renovated house. Our place is in a peaceful, quiet setting located 10 miles from Ithaca, NY, Cornell University and Ithaca College. We are 15 minutes to Cayuga Lake & 30 miles to the Cayuga Wine trail. Watkins Glen, located 22 miles away, has Watkins Glen International Speedway, Watkins Glen State Park with breathtaking views of natural waterfalls and located along Seneca Lake are multiple wineries. If you explore Cayuga lake and Seneca lake you will find many hiking trails, gorges, state parks, even places to rent kayaks and paddle boards. We only accept 3 day bookings on certain holidays or selected weekends. These include: Easter, Ithaca College Graduation, Cornell College Graduation, Memorial Weekend, Forth of July, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

The house is was really nice with plenty of space for the 8 of us. Kristen and Brian were very responsive. We had an issue with one of the outlets to the AC unit and Brian came within 20 minutes to fix it. The beds were super comfy and we loved the rain shower heads. Great place to stay for a great price!

The house was very clean upon our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, etc. There was an issue with the light at the top of the outside steps but when we contacted the host they were unaware it wasn't working. We loved the fireplace, the barn doors, and the overall feel of the house.

Beautiful location! The host was very kind, responsive, and went out of their way to make our trip so comfortable for our family reunion-graduation trip. The house was very clean, spacious, and had great amenities. The kitchen was set up for a very comfortable weekend. The location was quiet, serene, and just magical! We enjoyed listening to wildlife at night, saw deer, and so much more. Very fortunate and grateful to have found this wonderful home!

I'd suggest adding a potato peeler and salad bowl, otherwise, we did great! Five little ones and 3 adults very much enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room outside to run and play, comfy living room for movie watching.

Entrance was steep stairs with weeds encroaching on the gravel steps. Water pressure so weak we had trouble washing hair in the tiny tanning bed sized shower. No towels or dishwasher soap in the kitchen. Filthy “owners cleaning closet.” Coffee maker didn’t work for a full pot of coffee. Dirty Litpton tea bag wrappers mixed in with host provided sugar packets.

This is a nice place as shown in the photographs. The owners were very accommodating and helpful with planning and checking in. And they were very generous about leaving things that we may need during our stay.

Check.-in couldn't be easier. Kitchen has everything you need. I was very happy to see there was an air fryer. This is our 2nd year here and am looking forward to next year's stay. Very comfortable home away from home.
