Avec une vue imprenable, des chambres spacieuses et un excellent emplacement, Villa Diamante est vraiment une location de vacances pour découvrir, le long de la côte rocheuse de Huatulco. Parfait pour toute occasion: un mariage romantique, une réunion de famille ou tout simplement une évasion tropicale heureuse.

Niché sur une pente beaucoup spectaculaire donnant sur une belle plage en contrebas, Villa Diamante offre 4 chambres à coucher, 4 salles de bains et peut accueillir confortablement 8 adultes + 2 enfants. Trouver un endroit privé à profiter un peu de R & R a pas de défi dans ce domaine tentaculaire falaise.

Les deux suites de maître spacieuses offrent chacune en pleine bains privative et des terrasses en bord de mer privé. Les 2 chambres suites comprennent chacune privé en bains privative et d'une terrasse en bord de mer partagent surdimensionné, couvrant la longueur de la villa. Il ya une cinquième salle, située à l'étage inférieur de la maison, propose une zone de l'espace de couchage supplémentaire pour accueillir les personnes supplémentaires / enfants.

La maison dispose également d'une grande cuisine, ouverte, entièrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit et appareils haut de gamme ainsi que des salles à manger formelles et informelles qui peut accueillir 12. La maison dispose également deux salons formels et informels et deux solariums, dont l'un peut être converti en une chambre supplémentaire (comme indiqué ci-dessus).

Great property

Overall a great stay. The Villa was awesome. We had a few issues and the management jump on every problem and fixed them up immediately. The driveway is not friendly but other than that we would return for sure.

Coastal retreat

Villa Diamante was absolutely perfect. It was clean. It had plenty of space for our party and the view was fantastic. We stayed and it was very humid and we are very thankful for the ACs in the bedrooms. It is definitely down a steep driveway, so not for anyone that has any kind of knee problems or issues walking on a steep slope. but it was walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches and we really enjoyed our stay .

Two weeks at Villa Diamante

The location is at the end of a street, there is a very steep driveway down to the villa and then there is the ocean! Doesn't get any better!

Beautiful views with a steep entryway

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was beautiful to take pictures from. It's on a cliff so it's very hard to get in and out of.Especially with luggage. Very few cars will come all the way in.House is large and comfortable- but only the bedrooms have A/C. I was disappointed to find out the living room and kitchen didn't have one and the breeze was not enough to keep us cool.House needs lots of care. The pool was not full so it didn't have the Infiniti look. Lots of tile missing around and inside the pool so beware so you don't cut your foot. Lots of light bulbs missing in and outside the house and or the fixtures as well. I only took pics of the pool but issues were seen all around the property.We were only there 3 nights but ready to leave after one night when we saw how hard it was to get in and out of the house.Management tried to pin us for "damages" that supposedly we caused on the furniture after we checked out. It was some light scratches on the receiving table by the front door, so I guess they do business like car rentals with no space for normal wear and tear.

We truly appreciate your feedback and would have liked to know your concerns during your stay but we understood everything was going great thanks to your coments and feedbacks while you where here. It is often the case that guests write negative reviews after being charged for damages they have caused, despite having a positive experience during their visit, as was the case with you. We are grateful that you acknowledged the damage you caused, but we would have preferred if you had taken full responsibility rather than just stating, "it is what it is." Additionally, we want to thank you for your feedback regarding the property. We are currently working on fixing the pool tiles. As for the air conditioning in the kitchen and living room, it is not feasible due to the large size of the area. This is why there are many windows and ceiling fans. Our listing clearly states that there is no air conditioning in these areas and provides specific details about the property’s location and the way down to the parking spot. The listing does not mention an "infinity pool," so we recommend thoroughly reading the amenities in the places you rent to avoid any confusion. Confusing areas of responsibility between MHV and property mgmt

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting annually from MHV for more than 15 years and had had very few problems until three years ago when a separate property management company was engaged. When it first happened, there weren't any major problems but in 2024 there were problems with unclear areas of responsibility. This year, there were many, persistent, unresolved problems, beginning with the airport transfer, booked through MHV but evidently contracted out to MaxiTravel whose driver attempted to extort 1000 pesos cash to drop one of our group at the grocery store, and then being unable to drive the van down the narrow, steep driveway to Villa Diamante. There ended up being no maid service, although the Villa Diamante listing clearly says there should have been two maid services in the week. When I enquired of MHV, the response was that it should be handled by the property manager. All other requests were similarly simply forwarded to the property manager. The dryer wasn't working and we received no drying rack. There was no garbage collection all week. And no large jug water delivery. We had to order multiple 10-litre bottles for our drinking/cooking water. The view is stunning but the design VERY problematic: no common washroom on the main level, unavoidable stairs from carport to front door, very steep and treacherous driveway.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a week at the Villa Diamente this April. The property is very nice and spacious with lots of room to relax and spread out. The pool is wonderful to have, however it was in full algae bloom when we arrived which sadly led to some ear infections. Second day this was rectified after speaking with the very helpful and responsive staff. This was honestly our only gripe with the property. It needs some TLC (lights in and around the pool don’t work, some of the furniture on the outdoor spaces need to be replaced or fixed)Great value, great location. Also, Josié, our chef for the week was absolutely amazing!!!! Can’t say enough good things about her. She accommodated allergies and dislikes for the kids and really took a lot of the worry about travelling away!!! The food was amazing, and authentic.

Reviewer Comments: no había internet, hoy en día es indispensable.la barbacoa estaba en mal estado.faltaban utensilios en la cocina, por ejemplo cubiertos, trapos para secar, etc. Tracy respondió rápido y nos envió las cosas que faltaban.Hace falta a/c en la sala/cocina, hace demasiado calor y por eso no se puede disfrutar.

Amazing views and property. Very well appointed. AC only in bedrooms was a surprise.

The place is amazing with expansive ocean views from all areas of the home. Pool is awesome. Would stay again. Owner should spend a couple bucks and get AC in the common area. I home of this caliber adding AC seems like a no brained and would make it possible to hang at the house during hot times of the day. Fortunately we were gone surfing so we didn’t have to deal with the mid day heat at the house. Would stay again for sure though.

Family Birthday Vacation!

Our daily maid service and pool care was much appreciated. We did feel that the bedding, pillows and towels needed updating. They were worn and tired looking. For a villa of this caliber - bedding etc should be new. The furniture could also use updating.

Spacious Home, Beautiful Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time in Huatulco. It is a beautiful, well maintained and friendly town. The house is a short taxi ride to town, no car rental needed. The walk up to the street is a bit of a workout in the heat and the nearest beach also requires uphill walking home but only 15 min away. The pool is a wonderful way to spend the evening after a day on the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Our Oceanfront Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home in a convenient location and within minutes to nearest town. We all enjoyed the ocean view and infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean. House was impeccable with beautiful layout and each of us had our own bedroom with private bath. Staff was cordial and very professional and security added to our peace of mind during the day when we were out and at nighttime. The nearby beach is not accessible from the home and appears part of a near condo complex. The one negative is the music from the beach can echo off the rocks and seems to be a constant reminder that the private beach/music can be sometimes annoying. We enjoyed visiting La Bocana Beach and made a trek to a local surf spot which was pretty remarkable and pristine. We chartered a boat to snorkel/fish and managed to make our way to St. Augustine Beach and the National Park. We observed dolphins, Whales, Manta Rays and Sea turtles along the way...and the fishing yielded 3 Bonita which we all enjoyed grilling/eating for supper that night. One night we made dinner reservations at the Ocean Restaurant in the Cosmos complex which was superb in quality and presentation. The house had a myriad of bird life that passes through the area and one day we even had an iguana that was sunning itself on the driveway up from the house. We all had an enjoyable visit and spending some quality family time together in a most beautiful spot.

Hi Jannett, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience at the property and I am glad to see that you gave it 5-Stars across the board! Regarding the beach access, THANK YOU, I want to confirm that this discrepancy was corrected by our team as soon as the issue was brought to our attention. In short, though the listing on our website accurately outlined the walk-time to the beach and the fact that it was not direct access; there was also a secondary piece of outdated/conflicting information from years past. Unfortunately this was missed by our marketing team when the listing was updated but has since been addressed! With that said, I regret that the topic didn't come up during the booking process as I have stayed at this villa a number of times and would have been able to quickly flag the correction. This is a phenomenal home that is very popular among our guests, so I am extremely happy to know that it delivered a 5-Star experience for your group overall. Great time at Villa Diamante!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Villa was absolutely amazing! Maid service daily, gated villa. The concrete path down to the villa is very steep, so going up and down is a bit challenging. The cabs will drive up and down though to pick you up. Its quite far to walk into Santa Cruz, especially in the heat. There is a public beach in Arrocito that is awesome though, with great food and drinks. You can snorkel there as well. The ad did say access to a private beach which we did not have. No biggy, but it was in the ad so we kind of expected it. Overall the trip to this Villa was amazing, and highly recommended!
