Superbe villa en plein air avec piscine privée et vue sur l'océan

Cette villa de Huatulco offre une expérience architecturale unique de haut en bas. L'entrée offre une porte en verre transparente dans un foyer à aire ouverte. De là, vous pouvez suivre la passerelle en forme de pont dans la belle cuisine du chef en plein air. La villa entière est construite d'une manière qui met en valeur les vues sur l'océan et les environs tropicaux de la meilleure façon possible. Vous ne vous lasserez jamais de profiter d'un dîner sur le magnifique patio donnant sur la piscine et l'océan Pacifique en dessous.

La chambre principale est une scène de tranquillité avec le lit king-size et le balcon privé donnant sur la vue sur le Pacifique ci-dessous. Les deuxième et troisième suites d'invités ont chacune un lit king size et sont situées au niveau inférieur de la villa.

Détendez-vous au lit et regardez la télévision dans la chambre principale. Ou détendez-vous simplement dans l'un des nombreux endroits conçus pour cela dans toute la maison. Le salon en plein air est vraiment un régal.

Le comptoir en granit qui est le pilier de la cuisine s'étend sur la largeur de la Palapa en forme de cathédrale qui la recouvre. La cuisine est la plus unique dans la façon dont l'espace de comptoir et le stockage ont été intégrés aux murs ronds de la palapa. Ce concept en plein air se poursuit alors que votre œil se déplace vers la piscine à débordement et la vue sur l'océan ci-dessous. C'est vraiment une expérience relaxante de manger dans ce cadre!

Beautiful Villa

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house. It had all the amenities youcould ask for in a vacation home. The open living concept was great and the pool was in constant use. Hats off to Mr. Ramiro who was there 3 days a week to clean the pool and property grounds.The kitchen was stocked with everything a cook could need.There is also no need for a car as taxis are readily available from the hotel below.I would highly recommend this place to all friends and family.

Outdoor living with indoor comforts

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Bella Vista. The outdoor kitchen under the palapa was nicely balanced with lovely air conditioned bedrooms all with on suite bathrooms for comfortable sleeping. It was hot and humid while we were there in late November so the pool was so useful and wonderfully warm. The cleaning staff were exceptionally pleasant and whenever we had questions the main villa contact person was also wonderful. A couple of minor issues were: the safe was not functioning and never got serviced as promised. Also we purchased our own extra toilet paper and paper towels as there was not enough available. Lastly we had daily visits by the local wildlife looking for food in the outdoor kitchen so it was imperative to keep everything put away behind locking doors including the garbage. We didn’t mind but it took a few days to get used to that routine.The location of the villa was in a lovely neighborhood above the backside of a hotel. There was easy access to the restaurant and coffee shop from the hotel, and a beautiful neighborhood beach with great snorkeling. We had rented a car to explore but one could take taxis to town with ease.All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Bella Vista.

Staff was friendly and helpful! The house was out of a magazine! It faced the ocean, it was surrounded by palm trees, and beauful pink flowers. The neighborhood was quiet. Across the street was a hotel and they kindly called a cab for us, without hesitation.

I really enjoyed my stay at the VRBO, it was a really beautiful home and it was really fun seeing the wildlife up close too. Would definitely stay here again.

I love the outdoor living aspect and the pool area is incredible. The architectural details of this villa are fantastic. Its sparkling clean and very well equipped by the owner. The staff are meticulous and work extremely hard to keep the villa in top top shape. Arrocito is a fabulous central area, you won't be disappointed.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the architecture of this home and the landscape was beautiful. I was disappointed that the ocean view is now blocked due to a hotel built in front of it. I was also disappointed by the makeshift fence that has been put up which hinders the view even more. I was disappointed that there was no real oven on the property. The small countertop oven that we were given did not work, so we only had a cooktop and the Barbecue. There were large ants everywhere, crawling all over the countertops and floors. We also had 3 scorpions in the home and 2 tarantulas, I feel the homes bug issues need to be addressed. Very minimal floating devices for the pool, I was happy I brought two with me, which I left there when we left because of the 3 that were with the home two of them had leaks. So at least now the home has a couple more for the next renters. The exposed garbage cans in the kitchen were also a real eyesore to the home. The location was very close to downtown only a short drive away, and the beach was also a short walk away, but if you have mobility issues this is not the home for you to rent, as there are many stairs and the walk to the beach is a steep hill. The enclosed garage was also very nice if you have a rental vehicle.

Beautiful Villa with a stellar view of the sunrise and ocean.

This Villa is beautiful. Open and spacious. The view of the sunrise from the master bedroom is stellar. Great pool. The Arrocito beach is within walking distance.

Overall good, several pros and cons

Pros: - easy check in - kind and helpful employees - well equipped kitchen, laundry and bathrooms - very clean - private pool was great Cons: - a hotel is being built right in front of the property, blocking the view of the ocean. The photos on the listing are prior to the construction, so we were disappointed to arrive and see a fence blocking the view. We could still see the ocean from other spots on the property, but the main view is gone. Something to think about: - a cab ride is needed to get to shops, bars, cafes. - property wouldn’t suit a family with kids under 8. There are lots of places where there aren’t fences or hand rails (inside and in the pool and garden). - when booking through My Huatulco Vacactions, skip the drink package. Cheaper and better option is to head to the store and buy your own supplies.

Great house for vacations

Huatulco Vacation

The property was located out of town on a hillside and was quiet with a fantastic view of the ocean. We loved the house! Open and roomy, the kitchen had everything to cook meals. It was a short walk to the beach or a short cab ride into town. The staff was incredibly helpful. If we needed anything all we had to do was call or text. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 5 weeks from Feb 1 to March 7 , 2020 .The property was even nicer than the pictures showed . It has a lot better view of the ocean than the pictures. There are currently 2 large condos being built next to the Punta Arrocito condos depending on how tall they are going to be they could restrict a portion of the view in that direction. But there is still plenty of ocean view we even saw whales on several occasions . We really like the open concept living area there was almost always a nice breeze blowing in that made it very comfortable . The master bedroom has an awesome view and very spacious area. The 2 downstairs bedroom are very nice also. All bedrooms have their own AC . The pool and pool area is very nice with a restroom next to it very convenient . They have a Gardner who watered the plants and took care of the pool daily . He came at 9:00 am did his work and left usually a he was there maybe a couple of hours . He was a really nice guy if he happened to be there when we had grocery's etc to carry in he always helped us. Jonathon was the property manager . He was prompt to answer our emails and phone calls to answer any questions etc we had. He was very lien ant on our check in and out time. Gaby was the guest services person also great to work with. Very helpful / helping us find restaurants , hair salons , shopping , etc. . If I had to say one negative thing it would be it takes a long time to get hot water in the showers . I would definitely rent this house again it is in a great / safe location with cabs readily available. I hope this review was helpful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is a gem. Recently renovated, there is nothing but positive things to say. The two lower bedrooms are smallish but comfortable. The Master is great with wonderful views. We rarely left the premises. We cooked. Watched the stars. And debated whether we should go to beach--the pool always won out even though the beach was a 7-minute walk away. The location was quiet, even on New Year's Eve.
