Plan d'étage ouvert unique - s'il vous plaît noter pas de place (sauf salle de bains) est du sol au plafond (hauts plafonds) séparés - les deux chambres ont une porte. Belle vue depuis le pont arrière. Barbecue à gaz et une table avec parasol sur le pont arrière. À quelques pas de la baie de marée - jouissent sauter des rochers, à la recherche de bernard l'ermite, regarder les cygnes et d'autres oiseaux. Salle à manger ombragée en face dans le quartier tranquille de la cour. Beaucoup de lumière grâce à de nombreuses fenêtres et portes de verre coulissantes. Construit en coin salon avec une salle pour 2-3 dormir sur le divan, beaucoup de livres d'art. Niveau inférieur a zone d'herbe de niveau pour le croquet, établissant au soleil ou assis dans des chaises Adirondack sous gazebo.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is unique and artsy, and the location could not be any better, as it's just a 5 minute walk to Nantasket Beach. Beautiful sunsets from the porch, lots of room for everyone to spread out, and swimming from the dock at high tide was a hit. We hope to be back again soon!

Wonderful stay on the bay and beach in Hull

Special location on a bay of the Atlantic, and walking distance, 5 minutes or so, to Nantasket Beach in an architecturally-special house that was perfect for our family's beach holiday. Great and easy communications with the owner, and just an all-around terrific stay. Thanks so much and would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful space, inside and out. Located right on bay with own private dock. Hot tub too! Peaceful, quiet, clean. I can’t wait to go back next Summer!

Great family rental

Excellent views, wonderful dock and sunsets. Easy walk to beach and a wonderful bakery on the corner. Plenty of room for everyone. Outdoor shower is a highlight. We loved this unique house.

Incredible relaxing views

It was a dream to stay on the bay and at this property. We didn’t want to leave the deck because the view of the bay was so beautiful. We could definitely see ourselves coming back. Marc is a fantastic host.

Amazing water views

Hidden gem. We love this house and its unique style. Some of our favorite features are the outdoor shower, wonderful dock, hot tub, deck overlooking the bay, and close proximity to the beach and cafe. Would love to rent again.

Nice get away

Perfect location for walking to food or the open side of the ocean. The house was cozy and felt isolated and private while being in a neighborhood. :). Communication with the owner was great. He was very fast to respond and take care of anything we needed.

Bayside Diamond

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the deck, and the Jacuzzi and the dock on the Bay and the outside private shower. Bathroom is a little small, toilet is a little close to the floor unless you a smaller person, but other than that the space was big and roomy with fun lil alcoves and cute tchotchkes everywhere. Lots of wonderful places to sit and enjoy the Bay view and get away from the world, as it’s on a very quiet street. Marc was pleasant and easy to work with when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Can't beat the view

We had a great time here. The sunset view over the bay is just lovely. AM coffee on the deck and a PM soak in the spa were nice ways to start and end the day. Fans and plenty of windows to provide a breeze keep the house cool. Plenty of space for my family of five, and the kids loved seeing the artwork and checking out the house's unique features. The owner was communicative via text and all was as described.

Wonderful vacation home!

This was our third summer renting this house. It is a fun, quirky house (so many features!) that my family of six (four surfing teenagers) and two small dogs enjoy immensely. Plenty of places to sleep. Tons of outdoor space. Spectacular views. Amazing dock. Glorious outdoor shower. And walking distance to EVERYTHING! The artsy set up of the house is fun and the books and artwork hold surprises every time. My kids fondly call it the Hippy Surf House. Good stuff.

Beautiful, Unique Spot

I booked Marc's home in Hull for a weeklong vacation for my parents and two younger brothers. My girlfriend and I live and work in Boston, so we joined for the first weekend and several of the nights. What a beautiful spot! We loved Hull - I recommend bringing or renting bikes and kayaks - there's a great dock for launching kayaks out back. Great view of sunsets over the bay and Boston from the back deck. The house is a one-of-a-kind architectural piece; bungalow style, with a ton of light, air movement, and places to cook, eat, read, and relax - all nestled into the hillside overlooking the water. The hot tub is a perfect way to unwind after a day of activities.

wish we had stayed longer

The view took our breath away. The collection of books on art, architecture as well as the artifacts from around the world can match those of a little library plus a museum. I could stay here for days simply going through the books. The architect of the house and its decoration are so interesting that I spent time lying on the bed admiring the inside. The top of the library has a platform designed to be enjoyed by the young heart. My kids climbed up there playing a wood instrument, singing and laughing enjoying themselves for hours. So six of us never felt crowed, all having separate places to enjoy. No problem for us sleeping soundly even though the walls were not up to ceiling and the two seniors snored. The south and north bedrooms were each at the far ends of the house. The washroom was small but functioned well, especially the shower pressure was excellent. When the house ran out of some supply, Marc sent the new ones ASAP. The beach in Hull was fantastic, even we just came from Maine mid coast. Ferry to Boston was indeed easy and affordable. We really wished we had planned longer stay in this place so that we could spend more time right here and the surrounding area. Will come back for sure.

Great vacation spot

Wonderful eclectic house with great views. The best part of this vacation was the location of the home. It was right on the bay with sweeping views from the balcony that spanned the entire length of the house and the hot tub. Easy short walk, even for my 85-year-old mother, to the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen had all the amenities so we had many meals on the balcony. Easy access to the ferry from Hingham and Hull so that we used the ferry to check out Boston rather than having to stay in the city. This was much more relaxing and enjoyable than being downtown. One bedroom with full size bed; other bedroom with queen bed on low platform and a bunk bed set and a twin bed, so plenty of room for many guests. Dining table seats 4. No A/C, but ceiling fans and windows and breezes kept it comfortable even in August. Very quiet and private location. Owners were very nice and helpful. Great selection of books to read in their library on a rainy day that looks over the balcony and bay; sooo peaceful. It might be possible to stay here without a car because of the ferries to Boston and even the Harbor Islands. There's a local bus that stops on the main street just a couple blocks from the house to get to the ferry, restaurants, and grocery stores. Even an easy walk to pizza and a couple clubs along the beach. The ferry stops right in the Boston harbor where you can explore the Freedom Trail, the trolley that winds around historic Boston landmarks, and great restaurants in Boston. Flying into Boston Airport, take the free shuttle to the ferry that goes directly to Hingham or Hull and then catch that local bus or a cab. Could probably rent a car with Enterprise to pick you up at Hingham Harbor to avoid driving in Boston. Awesome adventure! The only downside was the lack of privacy of the bedrooms since the walls didn't extend higher than the doorframe. If someone snores or children need quiet to sleep, there's no way to close off the noise. Many more pros than this one con, so we'd definitely come back.

Amazing house with incredible view !

The location is amazing 5 minute walk to beach or direct on the bay ! Clean all the elements you need in a house the hot tube is great the onlydisappointment is the safety ramp for the deck kill the view me in my family enjoy our stay ! The house have lot of windows beautiful sun light all the house ! But is really really hot ! No a/c

Excellent Property

This property was a dream. My wife and I stayed for the first half of our honeymoon and it really made our first trip to Massachusetts magical. Absolutely loved the property and location and will definitely want to rent again.

Perfect waterfront location.

My husband, sister and I spent a week at this unique home on Nantasket Bay. The views were spectacular and there were numerous places to sit and enjoy it. The inside was comfortable and cool. We liked the beds and large couch area. The kitchen was well stocked including cleaning supplies and some basic condiments. Loved the artwork, numerous sculptures and large library. We would definitely go again.

Beautiful Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is so unique and it's close to the beach, restaurants, and lots of activities! We would definitely book another stay here in the future! The property owner was very responsive to our questions. We really enjoyed taking the ferry into Boston and enjoying the City!

Interesting property

Odd that you have to step over the curb to get to the entrance. No electrical outlet in the bathroom. Dim lighting @ night. Bring bath towels, hand towels. There's so much to look @ & discover. There is everything that you need for appliances, dishes & pots & pans. If the weather was better we would have enjoyed the deck more but the 2 beach days that we had was a short walk to the beach.
