Welcome to the newly decorated and furnished Hotel California with Spacious upstairs open living, dining, & kitchen area perfect for entertaining guests or family functions. Kitchen is equipped with double oven, extra large fridge / freezer, & large gas cook top. This kitchen is a master chefs culinary dream. Plenty of Counter space with large Island bar with bar stools and dinning room table. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace perfect for winter nights with expansive windows and plenty of seating. The luxurious master king suite with large windows and 12' ceilings attached to Master bath with Large walk in closet, double lavatories, & massive custom walk in shower. Perfect for relaxing after a long day or night in downtown. Queen bedroom with large windows, 12' ceilings and closet located across the hall from the 2nd bathroom with tub / shower. 3rd Bedroom is a four seasons sunroom / sitting room with multiple large windows over looking the large courtyard. This room has (1) pull out couch and (1) Queen bed with night stands and dresser. Step into the large relaxing courtyard with plenty of room for entertaining family and guests. This area has a large (8) person hot tub, grill, outdoor seating, and a in the ground pool with a 6 foot privacy fence surrounding the pool area for your privacy. All (3) bedrooms have flat screen smart televisions and wifi provided. This property offers private parking in rear with private entrance to courtyard and roadside parking as well if needed. We are walking distance to Broadway's River Walk with multiple restaurants, bars, & shops. Enjoy Hotel California where you can check out but you will never leave. This location is perfect for visiting the quilt museum and the art district of paducah, lots of places to eat within easy walking distance. The unit itself is setup beautifully and had everything we needed

July 4th weekend

Great place to stay. The addition of the pool was wonderful and the teenagers really enjoyed that and the hot tub. Owner was very responsive to questions, answering quickly. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their VRBO.

We had a great time in Paducah in this lovely condo. Especially enjoyed cooking in the great kitchen and being able to spread out in the living room. Carrying luggage up the stairs was a little challenging but we loved our stay.

Perfect bridesmaids' weekend!

Our daughter and her bridesmaids stayed at the condo for her wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The condo was even more spacious and beautiful than depicted! Tana was super helpful and communicative. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Awesome respite in Paducah close to everything

We (three friend) were here to run the Tunnel Hill 50 miler in Vienna IL on Saturday. Tana's place provided us a gorgeous, large space to spread out over two nights, make our own breakfasts, and get ready for the run early morning. And for dinner or was course to Broadway! The apartment is impeccable and Tana is a wonderful host

Awesomeness!!!

This property was absolutely perfect in every way. Owners took great care in theming and details, down to quarters for the gum ball machine!! It was easy to get to, immaculate, as advertised, with excellent owner communication. Next time, I’m in need of lodging in Paducah, I’ll be staying here.

The space was so interesting - beautifully furnished, kind of an odd set up with the rooms be we loved it! Tana was helpful and very responsive. Originally I thought it was a little farther away from the river than I wanted but it turned out to be a fabulous find. Paducah is a cute town and takes no major effort to get around. We didn’t use the hot tub or pool because we had too many other things to do in a short time. Make a reservation at the Freight House - it is fabulous! We had a great time in Paducah!!

If you’re headed to Paducah this condo is an absolutely amazing place to stay! We loved the high ceilings and well stocked kitchen. Everything you can think of was provided. Hosts were wonderful to meet. Highly recommend. We will be back.

First Class Spacious Stay

Condo is huge! Lots of room to entertain with fully appointed kitchen. Enjoyed the huge shower. Swimming pool, though small, is brand new and sparkling clean. Parking was no problem. Not suitable for elderly due to stairs, but handrail is very sturdy and I think the 12' ceilings make the climb we worth it. Linens were excellent!!

Bday trip with friends

Beautiful Condo, comfy place to hang out. Used the pool; very nice. One very large bedroom, 2nd and porch nice the “extra” bed is in a walk in closet. Not thrilled about paying a damage waver OR putting $ (3,000 dollars) on hold until we checked out. I am sure the owners have needed this in the past but we were not those guests. Location good.

Beautiful property! Immaculate, and beds so comfy. Wonderful seating area for conversation! Great kitchen! Love the high ceilings! Quiet!! A/c great! There is a big stairway, but not steep! We enjoyed the exercise bc we were sewing and fairly sedentary! Kitchen is wonderful!! Such a fun week, we ate in mostly!! Highly recommend!! Pictures do not do it justice! Thank you, Tana!!

Wonderful accommodations in Paducah

Many VRBO's have pictures that "embellish" the features, layout, etc in their listing. The opposite is true here, the pictures do NOT do this place justice. We've rented all over the world and this VRBO is a true gem - beautiful layout, great decor, well appointed kitchen, very comfortable beds and one of the most spacious bath/showers I've even seen. I'm also going to add to that list, wonderful communication from the host and a fantastic location near to everything. I just cannot say enough about our stay here, I have family in the area and my first search for a place to stay will no longer involve hotel websites, it will be here. This is a no-brainer folks, if you need to stay for a while in Paducah, this is it!

We choose to purchase our property due to the fact that it is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The property is within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, coffee shop, and several local owned retail boutiques and shops. We are very close to Paducah's Scenic River Walk, The Carson Center, The Market House Theater and many more local attractions.

Our property is one of the larger VRBO rentals in the area. So if you are looking for extra space with your stay this is your place. Very large rooms with expansive 12' ceilings and lots of windows with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The massive Kitchen is a Chefs dream so if you like to cook with plenty of space this is your place. Perfect for a family get together. Large granite counter tops, Double oven's, Extra Large Fridge / Freezer combo, & 6 burner gas cooktop. Dinning room seating for 6 plus 4 stools at bar for additional seating.
