Loved Location in Sunny Beach. Loved the Architectual Design of the House. Loved the Decorations. Was Neat to have several levels of options as in 2 Story. And the Bonus, Pet Friendly! Easy Walk to the Beach.

Amazing company to work with

The management compant was excellent! I actually did not get to stay in this exact property, but they let me know of a maintenance issue ahead of time and helped me move to an EXCELLENT property that was close. The property was good but service level was better!

Advertisement said "on the beach" "2 min" " ocean view". None are true. Its on the 3rd row of houses, 5- 7 min walk with children. If ur on top floor you can get a glimpseo of ocean between other houses. Several stairs walking up to door are loose and dry rotted, the gate that goes across the top of stairs to protect children was leaning against the house- again dry rotted. Two chair on porch was busted and dry rotted. Upon arrival it was 76 degrees inside house. Was qqp when it cooled down to 70. Ceiling fans required remotes to work but only one remote had batteries. Couldnt lock any of the doors. Maintenance had to come and fix them. Then told hold handle like this as you insert key partway then turn. Washer shook the whole house, dryer never would turned on. Described family place but nothing but glass dishes in the place. Obviously cant use with children. BBQ was almost rusted grill. No curtains or blinds on any windows. So you see directly at other houses and they see in ours. Even bathroom was wide open - no privacy even for showering and dressing- very weird. Celing fan was so close to kids bunk bed my granddaughter got busted in the head trying to climb ladder fo get in bed. Was a cute place but maintenance wasnt kept up with . Very disappointed to pay someone for a place and deal with all these issues. Fix all problems and redo information on view and walk to beach - it will be nice.

There is no beach view, but we knew that. The house is cute. The key was our biggest obstacle. Terribly hard to get to work. And that’s with several of us trying. The living room doors do not open. Many of the lights with the fans do not work. There are absolutely no shades or blinds so you are there for the neighborhood to see when it gets dark. Many of the doors are difficult… However, upon arrival, the doors in the front top floor were wide open. We arrived 10 minutes before four and I was checking with management about the code. Apparently if I were to check in 10 minutes early, I would be charged 50. So we sat in our car for 10 minutes. Both shower curtain rods are a downward curve so the curtains never stretched to the ends of the shower. The hooks all slide to the middle, leaving it open for water on the floor. Not sure whose idea that was. Exterior lights did not work on the first floor. The Wi-Fi network & password I was sent was incorrect. We finally located the right one behind the router. It’s a cute house for the money, but too many maintenance issues that need to be taken care of here.
There’s no way to keep the curtain stretched out, keeping the water off the floor
Still acute place… Just needs a maintenance check.

Great Location

The house is great and clean. The bedrooms were nice. Kids loved the bunkroom. There are no blinds on any windows so we improvised some shades where needed. The living/dining/kitchen area was nice and open. The balconies were great. The location is a big positive - short walk to the beach and short drive to the seawall and strand. The house advertises a grill on site. There was no grill. I asked ahead of time what kind of grill they had and was told directly, "it is a charcoal grill, I am responsible for providing the charcoal." We had plans to grill and came ready with all the food and supplies we needed. I reached out within the hour we arrived that the grill was not there. I received messages back saying it would be looked into it and that a grill would be provided. The following day, I reached out again via the message center, text and call, they said they would have somebody out to assess the issue, nobody came. A grill never came. Also, there was no wifi. The network I was told to connect to and provided a password for did not exist. Again, I reached out multiple times. I received no additional communication.
