Overall very nice stay! The bathrooms do need a bit of attention just due to natural corrosion and age but everything was clean and put together well. The fishing piers were really awesome. Do wish we would have known the pool closes at 7:30pm as the kids like to swim all night when they can. Very easy and close access to the beach. The outdoor shower is a huge advantage and we highly utilized that!

An amazing vacation rental. The rental had everything we needed for our stay. Great locatio for beach , groceries, ice and Beachside bar and grille. We definitely will return for future stays.

Very nice beach stay

We had a wonderful time staying at Evas beach house in Terramar . The house was well appointed and the neighborhood was quaint and very close proximity to the beach . We would recommend this place to our friends and family .

Great location - great house - great yard! Neil's place was ideal for us - 5 adults and 2 furry kids (grandpuppies) - a definite do-over. Enjoyed it and would love to stay here again!

Amazing beach house

My family and i with our 2 little dogs just had an amazing long weekend at Eva's beautiful beach house. The view was gorgeous from the porch and it was an easy walk to get to the beach. The beds were so comfortable and we all slept great. Definitely will be back!
