Enjoy the sleek beauty of Sea Glass Beach Condo. Located just 1 block to the sandy beaches of Del Mar. The top floor unit provides a wonderful spot to take in the ocean view and nightly sunsets. Cozy up to one of two fireplaces, enjoy meals at the fabulous center island. This is a great spot for larger groups, two families and multi-generational. We are within walking distance to: the beach, village of Del Mar (shopping/restaurants)/ Cedros shopping district/Del Mar Fairgrounds.



This unique condo is 2 levels. The first level is living space, kitchen, master bedroom & bath and bunk room. Downstairs has 2 queen bedrooms and bathroom with Shower/Tub combination. It was recently renovate to a sleek and contemporary vibe. Fully stocked with kitchen items, linens, shower/bath amenities.

The building is a 16 unit condo complex, this unit is on the top floor (no one above!). We do have an elevator and stairs. One assigned parking spot. There are additional parking spots available on first come, first served basis. We supply beach gear. We also have a dedicated desk in the master bedroom if necessary.



Guests have access to the entire unit.



The Beach Colony is a highly coveted area due to its proximity to the ocean. It is also flat which makes getting to ocean, town, restaurants easy if you enjoy walking. Ocean - 1 block; Brigantine Restaurant is .5 mile, View Point Brewery is also .5 mile if you want to walk to dinner! The village of Del Mar and Cedros Shopping district are both slightly less than a mile in either direction.
