Very clean, very spacious, very nice space. Our goal was to have a “staycation” and it met all of our needs for that. The patio was perfect for a staycation with the grill, TV, fire pit, and hot tub. The bunk room is a little small if you have children but it serves the purpose. We enjoyed our stay for our 25th anniversary.

Reading this instantly brought a smile to our faces! 🌲 There’s really nothing quite like sinking into a super comfortable bed, turning on the bedroom fireplace, and watching the fire glow while total peace and quiet settles in around you. We believe the surroundings of Lamplighter Retreat are setup in such a way so guests could enjoy a nature stay surrounded by trees without feeling too far from community. So happy you had such a restful trip, Cassie—the cozy cabin vibes will be waiting for your return! ☕✨

We really enjoyed our stay here! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The cabin was spotless, with music playing, the fireplace on, and flickering candlelights throughout the house. Such a thoughtful touch that made it feel cozy and inviting! The beds and couch were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The bathroom was just as impressive, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath bombs, and Epsom salts provided. They even included robes and plenty of fresh linens! We also really appreciated that they provided a Pack ’n Play and a baby lounger for our little one! Traveling with a baby can mean packing so much extra gear, so having these items available was incredibly thoughtful and convenient. We especially loved spending time on the back patio, relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the fire. Although you can catch glimpses of neighboring cabins, the property still felt very private and secluded. The hosts really thought of everything, including extra plugs, an indoor speaker, and a great selection of board games and movies. It’s all the little details that made this stay so enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing, cozy getaway. We’d love to come back!
