Located in the beautiful, picturesque gated community of IRONWOOD COUNTRY CLUB. With 24/7 security, this setting offers quiet, secluded, upscale serenity.
A convenient location to choose any number of activities. Enjoy the mountains with hiking for all levels, couture shopping, variety of restaurants and entertainment, many golf courses, tennis and pickleball, all nearby.
Ironwood Country Club is a private club and features a state of the art fitness centre and a beautifully Tuscan designed clubhouse. For an additional charge and upon approval, a minimum one month social membership covers restaurant, tennis, pickleball, spa and fitness.
Nothing to do but relax once you walk through the door into this bright, airy single level retreat. Tastefully decorated in a modern, contemporary style with vaulted ceilings this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, 1300 square foot condo includes all the amenities of a personal residence.
For privacy, there are 2 master suites conveniently located on either side of the living space, both with comfy king-sized beds, full ensuites (one with a walk-in shower and one with a shower/tub), plenty of storage and your own smart TVs.
In the main living area, relax in front of a large 75â TV with cable, Netflix and Amazon Prime. And of course, the home is WIFI friendly and all included.
A well-equipped kitchen overlooks the great room with a separate eating area. And a lemon tree right outside the door to garnish your desired beverage.
Outdoor space is maximized with 4 beautifully landscaped, furnished patios. You can enjoy privacy with your morning coffee while watching the news on the outdoor TV or indulge in your favourite aperitifs before dinner at the âfire pit dining tableâ while preparing your meal on the barbeque. All with the picturesque backdrop of the mountains and pool/jacuzzi hot tub area in the distance. And if you are looking for a quiet nook to enjoy a good book, there is a place for you.
Of course, in suite laundry is available. And outdoor parking is accessible for 1 vehicle on the driveway.
A small pet is allowed, upon approval.
A damage deposit will be calculated at time of booking.
MINIMUM stay is 30 days and a 20% discount is offered on bookings lasting 2 months or more.
