Plan d'étage fabuleux, avec 2 Master Suites, dressing avec étagÚres construites sur mesure et une 3Úme chambre supplémentaire pour bureau ou salle familiale ou 3Úme chambre.

La chambre 1 a un lit queen (2 ports USB de chaque cĂŽtĂ© de la tĂȘte de lit), une tĂ©lĂ©vision connectĂ©e TCL de 49 pouces et un accĂšs Ă  l'espace salon / bureau adjacent avec un fauteuil-lit double.

La chambre 2 comprend un lit king-size (2 ports USB de chaque cĂŽtĂ© de la tĂȘte de lit), une salle de bains privative, une tĂ©lĂ©vision connectĂ©e TCL de 49 pouces et un accĂšs au patio.

Les deux salles de bains mises à jour ont des vanités simples, des douches à effet pluie avec banquette. Il n'y a pas de baignoire.
Le chauffe-eau sans réservoir permet de belles douches chaudes!

Détendez-vous sous les étoiles sur le patio prolongé avec une couverture de terrasse Pergola avec vue sur le golf du 17e fairway, un dßner pour 6 personnes, un barbecue au propane et une table de feu.

De beaux carreaux personnalisĂ©s, des appareils en acier inoxydable, de la pierre tombĂ©e et du granit ainsi que tout nouvel Ă©clairage, de nouvelles armoires personnalisĂ©es, de nouvelles portes et fenĂȘtres Ă  double vitrage, des ventilateurs de plafond et des moulures couronnĂ©es partout rendent cette maison parfaite!

La cuisine bien équipée et récemment mise à jour a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour concocter un repas gastronomique!

Le salon est ouvert avec de nouveaux meubles, une télévision LG de 55 pouces et une table à manger avec des siÚges pour 6 personnes.

Le stationnement est dans le garage attenant pour 2 voitures (pour 2 voitures compactes) a une laveuse et une sécheuse superposées, ainsi qu'une douche / évier pour tout-petits en pierre roulée!

La piscine est juste en face de la façade de l'unité.

The unit was very clean and just the right size for four adults. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our dinners. The patio was spacious and right on the 17th fairway. We certainly would return to this unit if available. We had no issues during our stay.

The perfect place to stay !

Our stay was truly made special for a few simple reasons — and although they may sound obvious, as frequent travelers we rarely experience such a perfect combination. The place was exactly as described: comfortable, with two bedrooms overlooking the golf course and trees, which gave it a very private and peaceful feel. It was also extremely well equipped — everything we needed to cook, keep things clean, and simply enjoy our time was there. The directions were clear and easy to follow, the check-in was seamless, and the place was spotless upon arrival. We would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Home away from home! This condo is the most comfortable condo we've experienced! Very Clean Condo! Beds are comfortable with nice comfy hotel sheets, "Not," cheap micro fiber nonsense that I've experienced at other properties. The bath towels are also hotel quality and there are also nice towels for the pool. The washer and dryer work great and the water pressure in the shower is good. Lot's of dresser drawer and closet space. I wanted to bring the closet home with me!!! We stayed 3 weeks, so the clothing storage was important to us. This place really has everything you need for the kitchen. Utensils, dishes, cooking pans, some garbage bags and dishwasher tablets, a couple paper towels, salt and pepper, a whole coffee station well equipped, (that was nice!) The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and little cups with q-tips, facial wipes, cotton pads, and sewing kit! Sofa's are comfortable, the patio is very private, the bbq grill works great! We loved laying in the sun by the pool and the pool was always clean! It's also a close walk. The whole property is beautiful and well maintained right from the front gate! Very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Needless to say anymore........except we really, really loved staying here and I didn't even want to leave!Also, communications with the Property Manager was always easy if I needed anything or had any questions!

Great Property

Loved this location. Had everything we needed for our stay. Rooms were large. Quiet area. Very relaxing to wake up and drink coffee over looking the golf course and the Mountain View. Short drive to everything. Can’t wait to stay here again.

A great winter get away

We had a great time in this condo. For two weeks we golfed, hiked and enjoyed family grilling on the patio. Very well equiped kitchen everything you need. Stay here if you can!

Awesome time at a Wonderful getaway

We stayed for 2 weeks and we felt at home the moment we arrived. Check in and out was a breeze. The unit is great for two couples travelling together with the bedrooms at opposite sides of the one another. From sitting on the deck enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, going for a walk around the Resort or a round of golf you will not be disappointed.

The accommodations were great for our 3-week holiday stay. The home was well furnished, including cooking, kitchen, and outdoor barbecue. The quick attention from property management to all concerns (minor) we had during our stay was especially great. We will book again!

Thanksgiving golf vacation

The condo was above our expectations! Clean, very comfortable, beds great, patio great, on the 17th hole, quiet, well stocked kitchen (but we didn't use it), I don't cook on vacation. Showers were perfect. Huge closets and the tvs had extra channels. Great lighting for reading! My only complaint... that Weight Watchers scale in the closet was WAY off!

REST FOR THE WEARY

We had 5 marvelous days in Palm Desert last week. The townhouse was in a beautiful and quiet community that was well maintained. The owners have available to their guests, everything that they would want when staying there. We not only felt refreshed and rested, but our friends who joined us the last couple days felt the same way. It was truly paradise - in a very hot climate.

Great stay in the desert

Stayed for 8 nights in April. It is well located in area with Freedom park just a stones throw away to play pickleball. Lots of courts and lit at night. Enjoyed the driving range in this complex. Very friendly staff at pro shop. Unit was very well appointed. All the kitchen and bathroom linen seemed to be brand new. Which was so appreciated after the place we rented last year had all stained kitchen linen
so gross!! Two very large bedrooms with lots of closet space. And large dresser to unpack our suitcases. Although we would have liked our own private pool we really enjoyed using the pool right across the road and met some lovely people there. Everything was explained really well so we had no questions. Really appreciated the cordless blower to keep patio clean. We were constantly impressed when comparing with the house we rented last year
..this was far superior.

We had a great week staying at a well appointed 2 bedroom condo in the Palm Desert CC community. It was just two of us, but we enjoyed being able to spread out, having everything we could think of in the kitchen, a full size w/d and an attached garage, and nice patio with pergola. A true Oasis

Palm Desert is our favorite family spot. We have stay on this property many times to count. This particular place has all of the amenities as described, but what makes it better than others? The layout and actual space that feels bigger than it is. From the kitchen to the bedrooms, to the rear porch, and garage. The walking distance to the nearby swimming pool is about a minute. There is no need to say we'll be back.

Our resent stay March 2023

We were two couples. We throughly enjoyed your condo unit. We loved the private location out the back windows. The location to the Tennis Tournament was great! The following comment is a minor fix... The door to the bathroom (for the Queen Bedroom) and the door to the queen bedroom squeek when opening and shutting the door. I only mention this because it seems very loud at night when others are sleeping. I believe all it would take is a bit of some oil. :) The other couple suggested a luggage rack in each closet. :) Question: If we want to rent again and stay in the same unit, is that possible? Nice place

This was a great place to stay. Close to Palm Springs and Indio. The house itself was clean and roomy. We ran out of towels and got more delivered quickly. We requested late checkout late, and they accommodated that as well. It’s right in the fairway of golf course with a pool and hot tub really close too. 10/10.
