The outdoor patio is the place you will want to spend your time unless on the beach or water. Private covered patio amenities like the gas grill, fire pit, comfy outdoor patio furniture, 6-person table/chairs, and warm lighting on pergola! Walk on the trail from the backyard to the lake and sandy beaches - about a 1-3 minute walk.

We loved our stay at this house. The location was very convenient everything on the Preston Peninsula. The nearby cove was lovely and we even pulled our boat around and anchored there for a few hours. The house has kind of an odd layout. The master is great but the other bathroom is off the kitchen and not really by the two other bedrooms. I thought it might be an issue but it really wasn't. Would definitely stay here again for a long weekend at the lake.

Serene lakeside retreat

We recently stayed at a beautiful house by the lake, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Texoma Relaxation

Had a nice relaxing time stayed at the house and hung out on the back patio and the hot tub. The lake access was a little steep to access for us so we just hung out at the house. Overall a nice relaxing weekend and the house was great and comfortable.

Great lake house: perfect for family

Great lake house near the water. The outside back deck was an awesome place to sit and enjoy the woods. The hot tub was also a welcome addition after an unexpectedly cool day. Very close to Island View Park beach as well as walking distance to a neighborhood secluded beach. It was perfect for our family of four, with plenty of room for all.

A great girls getaway

A perfect location for my friends and family to relax for Thanksgiving. Lots of room to mix and mingle inside and out. Two smart TV’s for watching movies and football and large kitchen/dining area for Thanksgiving eating. The dogs enjoyed their walks with a view of the lake. We could not have asked for a more perfect Thanksgiving and hope to return next year.

Texoma serenity

Great place overall, spacious and a nice layout. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed themselves. Kitchen is nice, no disposal (no biggie - due to septic system I think) Nice to have parking off the street for multiple vehicles. Small things that you might want to address - water pressure in Master bath was a trickle, sink was slow to drain, pocket door in master bath you have to wrestle with a little and TP holder in Master bath fell off wall. Also - it would be nice to have the hot tub working. As I said a great place overall and I would recommend!!

Wonderful stay at Texoma Serenity!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Texoma Serenity! It was a perfect home for the 4 of us and could have accommodated more! It was a close distance to everything we wanted to do (rented a boat at Lighthouse and kids got to explore the beach area nearby). Cristy was so great to work with and quick to respond when we had a question. We look forward to coming back soon, but I don’t think we will be able to keep this gem a secret for very long

Christmas

Loved the home, layout was great. We stayed here over Christmas as my parents live in the neighborhood and we needed additional space. The owners knew we would have our children, and they put up a Christmas tree. The girls loved it. They were worried Santa wouldn't have a place to put the presents. Worked out great and the home worked great for us. We will definitely be staying again when we visit. Thanks you so much.
