Peaceful 1930 One Bedroom Bungalow

Great little bungalow two blocks from historic downtown El Reno with its trolley car, famous onion burgers and Carnegie library. Nestled in a quite, old neighborhood with wide streets lined with trees and beautiful old homes that were built with railroad money. Route 66 runs through El Reno which is located on I-40 just about 20 miles west of Oklahoma City. It is a great stopping point to avoid the city traffic when traveling but close enough to enjoy all the city has to offer. 1 bed(Qn)/bath.
The space
Small and cozy. Perfect for singles or a couple. One bedroom with queen bed, one living area with couch and study area with a futon chair that folds down to a single bed for a small adult or child. One small bath with shower, a small kitchen and a laundry/ mud room. Kitchen has no stove but is equipped with an air fryer/ toaster oven, hotplate, microwave and electric skillet.

Pets

Pets are welcome with extra fee but limited to one medium or two small dogs (no cats) and owners must agree to pet guidelines including keeping pets off the bed for sanitary reasons and waste and food management in and around the house to keep yard clean and avoid pests. Also, please note there is no fenced yard.
