Potential for noise on the weekends as there is a bar nearby. We have provided noise machine and earplugs available.
This is a private building that was remodeled in 2020. All appliances are brand new! A Ring doorbell camera is installed outside the door, which is ON and recording 24/7 during your reservation. There are also other cameras located outside the common areas for your safety.

This was exactly as advertised It's a really nice place in a great location that was perfect for my needs. Very clean, very comfortable. I really appreciated that it had a high quality mattress on the bed.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being right down town. Only complaint - which was no fault of the property owner - was there was a lot of loud music coming from a next door business that went on very late and we could hear every move the upstairs neighbors made all night into the early morning. We really enjoyed our stay in Cincinnati though!

This is such a well-appointed, comfortable and clean rental in a very convenient location to the Over the Rhine restaurants, shops and bars. That being said, the nightlife can be a bit noisy if you’re there on a busy weekend. But the host has generously provided a sound machine and ear plugs and is an excellent communicator if you need anything. We had a very pleasant stay and I’m grateful for her hospitality.
