Mt. Adams 1er étage 2 chambres apt et cour. Emplacement central idéal! Parking!

Notre maison est située au centre du charmant quartier perché du mont. Adams, à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons du centre des événements du monastère. L'appartement de deux chambres (un lit queen et un lit complet) est tout le premier étage de notre maison à deux familles bien entretenue. Il est spacieux et confortablement meublé. Vous pourrez vous détendre dans le salon ou à l'extérieur dans la cour. Les équipements incluent le wifi, la télévision par câble, une cafetière, un lave-vaisselle et un sèche-cheveux. Un parking pour une voiture est disponible. Nous sommes à distance de marche des restaurants, des bars, du Playhouse in the Park, du musée d'art de Cincinnati, du magnifique Eden Park et du conservatoire Krohn. L'appartement est à moins de 1,5 mile à pied du centre-ville de Cincinnati, de Fountain Square, des stades Reds et Bengals, ainsi que des parcs et restaurants au bord du fleuve. Le Music Hall, les boutiques, les restaurants, les théâtres et les bars du quartier historique d'Over-the-Rhine, de Washington Park et du Jack Casino sont tous à moins de 5 minutes en voiture. L'Université de Cincinnati et l'Université Xavier sont à moins de 6 km, tout comme la plupart des nombreux hôpitaux de la région, notamment le centre médical de l'hôpital pour enfants. Loved this bottom floor home in Mt. Adams. It's obvious the owners took time and effort in the decor and cleanliness. The patio area with the lights is gorgeous and I wish I would have been able to stay longer!

Laura and Mark were excellent hosts. They were extraordinarily gracious and accommodating. Their apartment is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed with all essentials. The Mt Adams neighborhood is a beautiful historic gem — walkable with great options in the neighborhood and convenient to everything Cincinnati has to offer. Highly recommend!

A truly beautiful, comfortable, restful home in a convenient, yet peaceful, location! It had everything we could need in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. We were so grateful for the dedicated parking space, the clear directions, and the thoughtful extras provided for our stay. It was a pleasure to meet Mark during check in, and Laura when we left -- they are both warm and kind. We would love to return someday!

We really enjoyed our time here. The host was very nice and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. If you like jazz there is a bar called The Blind Lemon right down the street.

Had an amazing stay! Property had everything we could need and more. Very thoughtful and helpful hosts. The outside patio area was nice touch as well. Neighborhood had several nice restaurants and bars within walking distance which was exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. Only stayed one night but would definitely come back for a longer stay!

Laura was amazing! We had a very early flight and she met us early and welcomed us warmly. Absolutely everything and anything we needed was there! She even dropped off a solar light when the power went out at night! Place was spotless and in a perfect area.

Laura is a wonderful, thoughtful host. Had coffee/k cups and snacks ready. This was probably the cleanest place we’ve stayed at. Great selection of toiletries if you forget anything. King bed comfortable- great pillows. Patio was charming but didn’t get to enjoy it due to the cool weather. Easy parking.

This apartment is VERY comfortable. It’s clean and cheery with a lovely outdoor patio space along with a designated parking space. There are coffee shops, restaurants, bars and a small market within a couple of blocks and you can walk downtown to a Reds or a Bangals game. The area sits on top of a hill that overlooks the river and ALL of Cincinnati. The hosts are close by and very responsive to questions.
